So you believe these politicians when they say people bought forms for them? Nikkganc08: |
They shouldn't go without Lai Mohammed. If the Lie detector no fit catch Lai Mohammed, they should know it's fake. |
My brother, how many goals are we talking about here? One goal? What if it was an own goal or penalty? Does it mean we have no plans to score? Even during Amodu's time, we know he doesn't score much but he hardly losses. What if enyeama retired or was unable to continue like Carl ikpeme,so Nigeria won't use another keeper? By the way, it's almost 8years now o.Enyeama was at the 2002 world cup almost 20years now...Haba Olise may have his ego but he has since left the team na. Just imagine if we scored 3goals yesterday, would we be talking about the mistake? I still dey blame eguaveon till tomorrow. The only thing you can't take from him is the way he respectfully answers questions during pressers apart from that,I no see any technical input in our "array of stars" being compared to the '94 set. That guy na good Politician...hin mouth too sweet Pacesetter123: |
And you believe him? A journalist would receive such brutality and he didn't snap and his fellow journalists didn't report it?Is it not the same chaos we watched that the police and soldiers were passive and some even granting interviews. The little I have seen about him,as an attention seeker, he is being economical with the Truth. Ask yourself why would all the policemen and 3soldiers pounce on him alone in the midst of the unrest. Was he the only one with phone or camera there? nihinlade: |
I bin dey pity am until I go check VAR. So na you dey tell buhari make e increase the suffering abi? You dey get "hope" say buhari enter, dey announce your full name for Twitter so make dem give u appointment abi wetin? But I doubt say dem beat you as you talk because you no tell us say na from hospital you dey report from. 3soldiers and plenty policemen beat you and you see road dey tweet. |
I don't know Rev.Aliyu Buba but I know there are Fulani Christians, who also suffer from the hands of their fellow kinsmen. During one of the many turbulence in Kaduna, One of the Pastors was severely beaten by the marauding Fulani gang when they learnt he was Fulani. It's like an abomination for a Fulani to be Christian....But no intimidation can stop the gospel. Buhari and his fellow jihadists just came to give Fulani people a bad name. |
Friend, from what I saw yesterday venue doesn't matter. Our Coach who talks about "tactics" we never get to see is the problem. The young players were brainwashed to believe they are doing well and playing to instruction. The Coach should have seen that using the wings never worked because our wingers were bad ball crossers. Even a layman could see that the pass that produced the disallowed goal was from the centre. Our players were afraid to use the midfield, afraid to dribble and run at their defenders. Ola Aina would take close to 60secs to do a throw-in. Set pieces... Useless. Abeg I tire GardenOfGod: |
Agreed there are standard practices and known timelines but never say never. For instance, during COVID-19 pandemic, far less period required to make vaccines and approve for public use was permitted. How long do you think it takes to make biogas? Can the material be readily sourced? Can there truly be an alternative to Russian gas? If fossil fuel dried or starts a pandemic, won't humans survive? Investigative: |
I'm trying hard to understand how a Soun or Ooni or Even Olu would rule without those sacrifices. Olu in the public seems to always show he is Christian but how does he handle the "necessary" sacrifices to "the gods of the land". Abi will they exempt him from those rituals? I think it's naive to think you must compromise to be influential. If you ask me, it's a demotion from being a Pastor(if he was truly one) to being a Soun. The Ganduje-EmirSanusi saga showed us how lowly placed all these kings are. |
It's not about Africa friend. If you are a Christian, these are very basic things.Take time and study how Kings emerged in the Bible days and whether there was difference between them and pagan kings. There's nothing wrong with leadership provided you don't sin against God. Besides, Christians are followers of Christ Not David or Abraham. ellizy: |
I kno some will attack Amechi not because they hate corrupt leaders but because he is rumoured to be the spoiler for Tinubu. Amechi is not serious.Even if the camera can pick 700m, how would that stop a bomb from detonating? The way these "bandits" are going, I know they'd have drones sef. By the way, I thought we get Satellite that time. Why can't we monitor our rail lines? |
Unfortunately, he owes those who have known him some explanation. Especially as the Christian practice is different from the new one he'll be going into now. Any responsible person has people he is responsible to ellizy: |
I'm glad you know it's a "maybe". The question is who is the Pastor before his ascension? Can we vouch for his " thus says the Lord"? There are many of these pastors who we know are not different from "the world". Listen to them closely and you'll understand there's nothing Christian about them. In all, the Bible says " Prove ALL things" hopefulLandlord: |
You get time dey explain to am.Leave them.I pray they'd not find themselves in the condition the Abolore guy have found himself where people are begging for him. Cadamlk: |
Some people would have been warning this guy against bigotry like some sane people have been doing here on NL but he would have dismissed it as weakness... "I must give it to them hot"..." I don't care" blablabla Forgetting that you'll not remain at this level of 30k/month forever. You may raise to prominence sooner than you think and your vileness/insensitivity will betray you. Now some are pleading for him. Who knows he might even be one of the bigots here on NL. |
I'm surprised you guys don't see that some contractors may have organized this. Even if Nigeria had won, under the guise of celebration some will still vandalize somethings..Who are the ones who got the "20_000" free tickets? You think the guys that got it were some random guys? Can't you see one of those guys in the video running around like "wetin remain make I destroy" not minding that he could easily be picked up.The DSS is even aware but IPOB was going to be blamed. Just wait for the assessment of the damage and you'll see. Not qualifying alone means losing $10million. My own is, make dem no kill people sha Neddstark: |
There was a target travelling in that train. They know what they did. No be today bandits get guns and bombs. And to think DSS didn't get intels speaks volume. El-rufai ...El-rufai....hmmn |
What if her family is there or she got retained after NYSC there? JOemmy: |
Not only football o...If you read the thread about the Kenyan guy disrespecting Nigerian English yesterday, you'll understand that Nigerians are naturally proud and would unite against anything that makes them feel inferior or play second fiddle. Believe it or not, Nigerians have national pride. If our Basketballers beat The U.S and the game is televised like football, Nigerians would unite. Our leaders are the ones dividing us. |
Na only goalkeeper? Why our defenders no disturb partey? Na Coach I blame pass. omokab: |
Hope "Bandits" no go operate tonight o.Make e no be say na dem dey amongst those given free tickets. 20,000 free tickets to come watch this kain match? |
And why didn't our players score? You have about 4 strikers yet no goals if not for the penalty kick The problem isn't the keeper per se.Our Coach is predictable and looks like a gambler. How do you expect Osimhen or our strikers to score without correct passes? What are we doing with our set pieces? See Moses Simon that was boasting at the presser yesterday when a journalist told him that he was caged in our last two matches. Super Eagles fall hand bigtime Pacesetter123: |
Eguavoen!!! See your life for National Television. |
We sometimes need to tell dem my brother. At least, it'll be for the records. brio1408: |
Be fair to yourself for once.If our leaders are doing what they should do, who would be listening to those you call the enemies of Nigeria? If only you know how passionate Nigerians are about Nigeria BUT our leaders are widening our differences everyday. Why would igboho be relevant if when the herdsmen were destroying farms and wreaking havoc the FG rose to the occasion? Why would the igbos who are itinerant want Biafra if he knows it's not crime to be Igbo in Nigeria? If PMB did all he promised in 2015 and "killed kwarraption" who would listen to Sowore? As much as people want to paint Nigerians as a difficult people to govern, Nigerians are not asking for too much. Antoeni: |
Maybe when the "bandits" attack the airports again they'd suspend flights and everyone would be forced to use the roads. |
Ehn ...na fly wey no dey hia word day follow dead bodi enta grave. The day people understand that sex is more than fun but a covenant maybe they'd become more careful. The idea that you'll die if you don't sleep with some girls as a young man is fraudulent. Imagine just meeting someone online and the next thing is sex.You think any girl who knows her worth would just throw herself at you? Many of these cheap girls/wild boys know they have problems and they don't mind roaming around seeking for whom to devour /destroy Heavensent01: |
You think Michael doesn't know what he's doing? It's an age long gimmick. Proverbs 20:14 New International Version “It’s no good, it’s no good!” says the buyer— then goes off and boasts about the purchase. New Living Translation The buyer haggles over the price, saying, “It’s worthless,” then brags about getting a bargain! English Standard Version “Bad, bad,” says the buyer, but when he goes away, then he boasts. Berean Study Bible “Worthless, worthless!” says the buyer, but on the way out, he gloats. King James Bible It is naught, it is naught, saith the buyer: but when he is gone his way, then he boasteth. New King James Version “It is good for nothing,” cries the buyer; But when he has gone his way, then he boasts. |
You are missing the point. The Nigerian pointed out his errors and told him we have better things bothering us here. mmsen: |
Na wa for you o...which wan be big big front teeth na? Na rabbits dem be? Snakedoctor1: |
Collins Sakamoto na the Kenyan na cosmos1440: |
Not really..it's defensible. He might be talking about an English(language) contest between him and the Kenyan.Just that the punctuations complicated things. iLegendd: |
