is your region more develope the north?? No?

Are they no killings going on in the south??

An average Hausa man see a fulani man as brother... Vice versa!

Have you ever heard of Hausa and Fulani fighting each other?

No! You at other hand need to focuse on your region!

Killings is already going on in your region.... There's no day Igbos don't strike.

You should channel this your energy towards them...

You have no business with the north.

I know what are trying to do...

You want to unite with the Igbos on Nairaland to support the south west.

So you now want to be attacking me so that it will be southern and northern thing.

If you want to unite the south why not open a thread for that.

The best thing that will ever happen to the south is unity.

Focuse on that...

As for the north...

We are developing and growing stronger than ever before.

Have a nice day

Above is a goofy stuff. Do not know about the bolded however Fulani conquered Hausa.

Only in a shithole called Nigeria would a person hear a crap such as Hausafulani. The term readily condemns the speaker of the word as an intellectual midget.

ON MAY 28, 2019

Igbo Youth Assembly Worldwide, a socio-cultural group, has condemned the Sit-at-Home order issued to Ndigbo by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), saying it will only promote hatred and threaten national unity. Some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, making brisk appearance along some streets in Onitsha, Anambra State,.

A statement by the President-General of the assembly, Mazi Ifeanyi Nwudunna, in Abuja on Tuesday, urged Ndigbo and other Nigerians to “go on their normal and legal businesses and disregard such order from the outlawed group or enemies of ndi Igbo trying to ground the economic activities of ndi Igbo.’’

IPOB had declared a sit-at-home on May 30 to honour its men who died in the Nigeria-Biafra war from 1967 to 1970. The government, through the police, has however warned the group against the planned action. Emma Powerful, the IPOB’s spokesperson, in a statement on Monday, however, dared the army to stop members of the group.

Nwadunna, however, said, “The Federal Government of Nigeria has set aside a date where all the heroes of our land who lost their lives in the course of service to their fatherland to be honoured and it encompasses every tribe and state in Nigeria.

“Therefore, it is not in the best interest of national unity, peace, progress, and national integration for any group or person to fuel misinformation by ordering “Sit at Home” on every 30th May.

“Through this illegal and outlawed group’s activities, Ndigbo have lost several billions of naira. “Ndi Igbo are the owners of most businesses and establishments outside Igboland and instead of promoting and propagating national integration and peaceful co-existence among Nigerians, misguided groups and elements are trying to isolate Ndigbo from national engagements.

“When the acclaimed Igbo leader, Chief Chukwumeka Odimegwu Ojukwu returned from exile after the Nigerian Civil War, he joined a political party called National Party of Nigeria (NPN).

“At the time, he said the reason for joining NPN was to return Ndi Igbo to national politics. “Now, misguided leaders and haters of Ndi Igbo are trying to isolate the Ndigbo from national politics, engagements and participation in the guise of championing the cause of Ndigbo,’’ the group’s leader said.

The president-general said that the activities of IPOB were aimed at achieving selfish ambitions and interests using “cheap blackmail’’ against the present government led by President Muhammadu Buhari. Nwadunna warned what he described as the “old brigade’’ to desist from using “cheap blackmail of marginalisation’’ to misguide and distract Ndigbo from actively participating in the government of President Buhari.

According to him, the Igbo Youth Assembly Worldwide has made adequate arrangements that will ensure that Ndigbo are not marginalised in the administration of President Buhari, which has promised to take Nigerians to the next level. “Inciting misinformed Ndigbo is a threat to the economic and political progress of ndi Igbo.

“Therefore, the sit-at-home order is not in the best interest of Ndigbo. “Rather, it will blight the future of our children and unborn children. “IPOB is still a proscribed group and all its activities remain illegal and unlawful. “Igbo Youth Assembly Worldwide is urging Ndigbo and other Nigerians not to stay indoors on May 30.

“We maintain there is nothing like ongoing Fulanisation and Islamisation in parts of Nigeria,’’ the group president said. (NAN

It is highly moronic to talk about the threat to Nigerian national unity when such unity does not exit. I guess the so-called Igbo Youth Assembly Worldwide is idiotic that the group members cannot even remember the day they were born. What a bunch of nitwits.

Wesporting:
Edo youths embark on solidarity rally in support of Obaseki…warns Tony ‘Kabaka’ Adun: ‘a threat to Obaseki’s life, is a threat to Edo people’

Edo youths under the aegis of Concerned Edo Youths have thrown their weight behind Governor Godwin Obaseki on his stance not to succumb to greedy politicians, who have launched attacks against the governor over his refusal to settle them with public funds.

The youths, armed with placards bearing different inscriptions in support of Governor Obaseki, stormed the King’s Square in Benin City, insisting that the governor must contest and run for another term of four years, regardless of the tantrums of a few greedy politicians, who want to corner the people’s patrimony. One of the leaders of the protest, Mr. Kelly Okungbowa, said: “Governor Obaseki has done well in the state for the past two and half years. Testimonies abound in all parts of the state to prove that. Anybody that says the governor is not working doesn’t live in this state.
“We want him to run for another term. We take offence with what some greedy politicians are saying that the governor is not sharing money to them. We don’t want him to share Edo people’s money to greedy politicians. We are solidly behind him on that.”

He added, “For people like Tony ‘Kabaka’ Adun, who are threatening the governor, we warn that a threat to Governor Obaseki is a threat to Edo people, a threat to development and progress. And we will never allow that. We will resist him and whoever his backers are.”

They were received by Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu, who was at the Edo State House of Assembly, as well as the member representing Oredo East Constituency, Hon. Osaigbovo Iyoha and his counterpart from Orhionmwon, Hon. Roland Asoro.

The deputy governor assured that the Governor Obaseki-led government will never be distracted, but work to deliver good governance to the people.

The protesters headed to the Police Headquarters and eventually stopped at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Secretariat, where they addressed journalists.

This is one of the reasons Nigeria is hopelessly adrift. What has this jackass accomplished as the governor of Edo State to warrant this idiotic shenanigan by so-called Edo youths? I use to pity Nigerians however they appear more moronic than their so-called leaders.

The team showed exactly why Dennerby was right to focus on team compactness. They were just chasing shadows in that game. Whats the point in useless attacking football when you are open at the back.

Anyways this thread is about the beautiful Falcons. This is probably Oluehi's last world cup. Nnadozie looking to move to a foreign club will be a good thing for us. I'm sure Dennerby can recommend her to his coach friends. She needs international exposure. Onyiye Okeke was a promising goalie, but it seems she's dropped form. She will be challenging Nnadozie in coming years.

I think this horrible Nigerian U20 team will perform better than the Nigerian Falcons. In fact, I have no intention to watch any of their matches.

I have my doubts. The Nigerian boys IMO were just running all over the field without any structure in their game against Qatar. They might however defeat the Americans by force of superior physicality.

I see a draw in the game.

I knew things have gotten bad in Nigeria but never thought it is this low. These boys have no flair of soccer talk less of skills. They cannot even strap the ball for themselves. What actually takes center stage in the selection process? I have not seen any player on the Nigerian team that warrants call up for world stage.
