ballabriggs: Who advertised for bids for these cars? Who bidded for these cars? How competitive was the bid process? Which board sat and approved an expenditure running into millions of dollars?

So madam vampire accepted cars from a parastatal under her ministry without taking these into consideration? That further indicts her ad being incompetent and irresponsible. You can tell that your foolish story to fools like you.
Nigerians tend to sound smart when they make noise. If all the protocols you presented in the above posts are slightly observed in Nigeria, the jungle called Nigeria would have less cobwebs then seen today.

There is no single policy limiting the type of vehicle agencies and ministries will maintain in their fleet or where the vehicle are assembled. If you are as competent and responsible as you would want us to believe, one wonders why Nigeria remains pathetic cesspit.

The individuals I had expected to leave this thread on merit, as regards the misuse of word-corruption in their response, have done so. I have no use for floor rated numbskulls that still hang around. I am off this thread.

HNosegbe: I expected a silly and retarded response, and that's exactly what I got.
I guess a goofy jackass such as you does not deserve anything better than frivolous responses.

Midastouch1: Your case is worse than I thought because that post ^^^^ makes no sense.

Go and have your siesta and try again in a few hours time
I have once said you are a decomposing trash.

berem: Since you're old enough to be my father,I will address you as one. Daddy, please I want to know the other developing countries like Nigeria who have their ministers using amoured cars. Failure to provide an answer, then something is definitely wrong with you!
One of the major drawbacks among certain Nigerians remains the readiness to embrace certain coinages such as “developing countries” or “third world country”. In my place of abode, I do not tolerate dimwits that had found favor in such terms. I guess you are old enough to act as a grown-up.

Sincere 9gerian: My brother, there are vultures everywhere, hoping to latch on to any mis-step by any of the key people working for the president. Not everyone is happy with commencement of international flight operations in Enugu and other good works of the minister. That is why I said the aviation minister should have been a bit more circumspect.
Most of the twisted maggots are simply deranged because of the policies instituted by Stella Oduah especially the Enugu International airport.

berem: Really? shocked
In a country like nigeria where over 30 million nigerians are unemployed? A country where the poor lives below 1 dollar per day? Imagine you comparing Nigeria to other countries that have fleet of armored vehicles? I want to know who those countries are! What a sick and silly comment! angry
Mrs Nigeria, why should the ministries use car in Nigeria? Why should the president, governors, nass members, ministers and commissioners use cars or vehicle of any sort in Nigeria? Imo State has the worst record of unemployment in Nigeria yet you did not see it fit to tell your bedmate, Mallam Rochas Okorocha, to cut down on the fleet of vehicles in his convoy.

HNosegbe: Okay.

So what do you have to say about the COST at which those vehicles were purchased, and the fact that they were purchased by the NCAA?
Since you are the Africa’s sale manger of BMW, I urge to inform NCAA that it paid too much money for the two cars. In addition, there is nothing wrong if you can show your patriotism by assisting NCAA to recuperate some money.
Politics › Re: The Minister Of Aviation Messed Up But... by DerideGull(m): 8:40pm On Oct 17, 2013
Sincere 9gerian: The target is not even the minister but the president himself. The ferocious campaign to rubbish the president started immediately after the 2011 elections. The purchase of 2 vehicles is another opportunity to re-launch the campaign of pull-down-the-president at all cost.

I also blame the minister. She should have handled things better.
Bros I could not believe my eyes and ears reading from certain individuals on this thread. It is a pity tribal bias is a show stopper in Nigeria. In fact, the earlier Nigeria is disintegrated the better for every one of us. Is there any policy in Nigeria that limits the fleet an agency can maintain? Did Stella Oduah manipulate or inflate the prices of cars? Did she take a kickback on the purchase of the cars? Was the purchase of the two cars precipitated under the cloud rain or darkness of night? Was there any destruction of trail papers with regards to purchase of the cars? What is actually wrong with Nigerians?

If the systems and manners of business situated in the aviation sector are not comparable to other sectors of economy in Nigeria, please say it.

Orlando Owoh: Dede1, the grandpa.
I knew Midastouch1, Orlando Owoh and funnyx are dumbasses but did not know they were also ignorantly empty. My third grader could not stop laughing at the jackasses after watching the screwballs misused the word-corruption. Everything is corruption to the nimrods since learning about the word from goofy article.
I agree with Sincere_9gerian that the minister performed well in some aspects of her job and she deserves credit for that.

On the other hand, I, along with other people who are not shameless enough to sweep Madam minister's crimes under the carpet, demand that she takes the high road and resign. She should be grateful enough to save GEJ additional embarrassment.

People who commit crimes such as this deserve to be either stoned or publicly lynched right along with their apologists.
What a country called Nigeria. It is not surprise though that I had seen a day such as today. In addition, it is beyond the pale of comprehension that Nigerians are very unable to strike a difference between corruption, wastefulness, mismanagement, dereliction of duty and incompetence.

I have not seen anything wrong in purchase of such two BMW cars by NCAA when there is no overall policy on type of vehicle an agency could purchase for a given ministry in the country. In fact, I think Princess Stella Oduah deserves more than two BMW cars. NCAA should have added X6 BMW to complement the two sedans.

In some countries all over the world, ministries have fleet of 4x4 armored vehicles and sedans at the disposal of minister or secretary. It is only in the world of fools that a mere purchase of two crappy BMW cars is regarded as a crime.

Orlando Owoh: Remove those shrapnels first. Those bullet proof cars cannot stop her from hearing the cries of the blood of the people she killed in plane crashes.
You are one of the reasons people outside Nigeria think every Nigerian is a malnourished dullard. I can not believe the level of idiocy in you to have directly linked agency’s purchase of car to air mishaps in Nigeria. In fact, you are a bloody fool.
Politics › Re: Aviation Ministry Confirms N255m Vehicles Purchase For Oduah by DerideGull(m): 7:01pm On Oct 17, 2013
Orlando Owoh: Your absence for some days made me think you had gone for the operation to remove the shrapnels from your brain that got during the Civil War. So you didn't go? Poo.r old man.
If a dumbass screwball such as you thinks Princess Stella Oduah does not deserve to have three BMW cars at the ministry of aviation, I say seek a nearby transformer and hug it.

funnyx: Irreversible senility cheesy cheesy
I am certain that irreversible senility is reserved for vacuous numbskulls such as you who conjured that two BMW cars are beyond the reach of a ministry in Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Anambra Guber Polls: Who Shall We Send? Who Shall Go For Us? by DerideGull(m): 6:49pm On Oct 17, 2013
ACM10: Peter Obi seems to run out of ideas on how to govern Anambra. His boy, Obiano is bereft of ideas too. We just can't stay the course. We must change direction. We can't continue to prop up Fidelity bank with money meant for Anambrarians. Ain't it suspicious the way Peter Obi engineered the rise of Obiano? Believe me, Peter Obi has done more harm to us in recent time than the Yorubas. Remember the shoot at sight order, remember Ezu river saga, remember that he is building a multi-billion naira mall in Abuja and so on. Also, Peter Obi introduced the concept of zoning in Anambra. We must reject division by not voting for his boy. On the other, we must reject politicians with criminal tendencies. The only option left for us is Ngige. Remember that his only crime is belonging to the wrong party. Shall we throw the water in the bathtub with the baby?
If you think Ngige’s only crime is belonging to a wrong party, I shall cease to comment.
Politics › Re: Aviation Ministry Confirms N255m Vehicles Purchase For Oduah by DerideGull(m): 6:37pm On Oct 17, 2013
I wondered why NCAA ordered for two vehicles only. Princess Stella Oduah deserves more than two BMW cars.
Politics › Re: FRESH AIR, Refreshing The North Of Nigeria by DerideGull(m): 6:31pm On Oct 17, 2013
I have issues and strong resentments towards the northern express or fresh air. It appears GEJ and co is very bent on seeing any peg place in southern Nigeria, another of the same peg is placed in northern region. If this is normal approach, what stopped these goofy jackasses from seeing that NDA, Staff Colleges, military depots and airports in the mold of NAA are located in southern Nigeria especially in southeastern region?
Politics › Re: Anambra Guber Polls: Who Shall We Send? Who Shall Go For Us? by DerideGull(m):
ACM10: Haba! Ngige is not that bad. Just that he is mingling with the wrong people. If it takes Ngige to clear Peter Obi's rot, then I'd chose him over Obiano. Just like Onlytruth noted, Ngige has a history of turning his back on those that elevated him to a position if conflict of interest arises. I think we should give him another opportunity. We can't continue with Fidelity bank dynasty.
The measure of expressed sentiment is one of the inherent differences between Europeans or Asian and Africans. I do not give a hoot if Fidelity bank takes the money that comes to Igbo land; it has got nothing to do with the destiny of Igbo man. However the manner which an Igbo land relates to one another, especially in the face of humanly treats, shall shape our destiny as a society.
Politics › Re: Why So Much Hate For GEJ by DerideGull(m): 5:46pm On Oct 17, 2013
It is a case study buried in the philosophy known as Nigeria/Biafra war. There are dumbass junkies who had found themselves in dichotomy of leaders who won the war for Nigeria and followers whose contributions can be calibrated.

Anytime a person from the leaders’ group ascends to the position of Head of State or President of Nigeria, which for some period of time looked natural as well as birth right, he has been given love and favorable press coverage. However, nature of things suddenly changed and outcome of the presidential election did not follow the presumptuous course, hence a drunken fisher man who had no shoes during war is now the president of Nigeria.

It is a blatant idiocy to subscribe to GEJ hatred by particular sections of the country on maladministration. If this intensive hatred of GEJ is only due to maladministration, Nigeria would have been a subject of social studies in third grades in nation states out of disintegrated Nigeria because the country had seen worse cases of maladministration 40 years before GEJ soaked his hands in politics.
Politics › Re: The Minister Of Aviation Messed Up But... by DerideGull(m): 5:20pm On Oct 17, 2013
The only problem I have with the issue of purchasing vehicles by NCAA for Nigerian ministry of aviation is product in question. If the vehicles were INNO Motors instead of BMW, all these noisemakers on this thread could jump a cliff and I shall not give a ratarse.

Anybody including a moronic ninny, a market woman, a cobbler and even a palm wine tapper but Efulefu known as Chris Ngige. I have said that Nigeria/Biafra civil war remains the amalgam of my political philosophy. I had rather die of hunger than eat out of the hands of my sworn enemies who have not relented in their bids to see my demise.

cKaiser: The lies and half truth again. Mr Douglas didnt explain to us what the Biafrans troops were looking for In Yoruba territory when they could have attacked the North they had a problem with.

If Biafra didnt attack Yorubaland then the Yorubas wouldnt have got themselves involved in the master-Slave war between the hausa masters and their slave
I guess you can tell us what Adekunle, Gowon, Yoruba and Nigerian troops were doing in Biafran territories before Biafra’s counterattack that saw then in western region.
