You still need to place your bid through the banks. CBN will not collect money from you directly. It has to be through a bank. But you can see them at cbn, let them enlighten you more..

No bank in Nigeria will accept 10K from you. CBN minimum is just on paper and I guess website, nothing more.

No. Minimum accepted by most bank is 100K..

Hi, I removed my sim card from my infinix zero to use in my universal modem. By the time I returned the sim card the sim in slot 1 was no longer recognised. I switched the sim and it was the same problem. Slot one of my phone no longer recognise any sim card. Please house what can I do. Does anyone known where their Carl care is located in Benin?

You are very correct. Tbill rates are not fixed. You should request for more information from them.
