I'm neither surprised not shocked at this video. I knew from the get go that this guy's sudden fame and fortune are not by his talent or his music, cos left for me,.I don't rate him as a musician much more of a celebrity. Everybody can now see why there's this narrative that music industry is dark. As for those that consider him their celebrity or look up to him as a role model, grace to grass source of inspiration or motivation and son of grace as he claims, hope you can all see that all that glitters is not hold. Believe anything about these called celebrities at ur peril. Most if not all of them have attributes of demonic/satanic rituals behind their fame and fortune. |
So many words without making any sensible point. What exactly is your point? Did I at any point argue that the 2012 protest was not politically motivated? Is that not why the SE and SS decided not to join? Is there any protest in Nigeria since 1993 that was not politically motivated? The planned protest is also politically motivated and that is why it is being spearheaded by Peter Obi and Atiku's supporters. It is basically a protest of election losers. Nothing can be more politically motivated than a protest against a government that is barely a year in office. And guess what, your argument is exactly why the SW won't join the protest. We won't allow Obi and Atiku supporters derail the government of our son for no good reason other than politics. We will behave exactly like you did in 2012 and how the north did in 2020. I wonder how an adult like you reason and how you got some of the facts u dished out here. All I could deduce from the points you made here is that your likes are the reason why this country can never and will never make a headway in terms of progress and development. Until u get rid of this tribal bigotry and ethnic sentiment that has beclouded ur sense of reasouninjg, then and only then, you would see things in the light of good statesmanship and patriotism which you are not even an inch close to those, as ur comments suggest. I would advise you to go and do a thorough research of SE active involvement/participation in protests that have happened so far in this country, both in military govt.and this democratic era, instead of coming here to disgrace ur self and ur generation. I rest my case. ] |
Your analysis are valid and on point,I've been saying the same to those that care to listen, that the north are hell bent on distabilising the current govt.at whatever cause it will take. I'm not a fan of this regime neither am i from South West region, but I could read and feel the political palpitation that have been playing out since the inception of this illegimtate govt, and could say vividly that the north are behind some of the misfortunes that have befallen this administration. |
I've been out of job for a long time now and no money to execute some ideas in my mind right now. Honestly it really sucks and it's a great cause for concern to me. Everyday I wake up I always pray for help to get out of this condition as soon as possible, cos mehn I'm not getting younger anymore. I pray help comes my way this year so I could settle down maritally. |
About the job u posted here,Op,pls I'd like to know the place and location,I mean the state if need be,cos I'm interested. |
This is coming from a reasonable and mature mind,OP you really nailed it. Most Nigerians are bunch of hypocrites, they always want to chase clouts with any negative events that don't actually add to the wellbeing of its citizenry. Why was he not celebrated when he was alive, why didn't the so called protesters stand by him when he was calling the attention of the public against the inhuman treatment meted on him by the members of his record label and why didn't those that claim to love him more than his family come to his rescue when he needed them most? You see in this country don't take all this shenanigan activities of the youths that are aimed to express their grievances over the dead of a celebrity serious, cos u might be caught up in the e web if you don't know the real and true story behind that. The best you could do is just watch and observe how things unveil, then you'll find out that all this is jst a Chase in the cloud. There are many social ills in the society that should be protested against, many government anti-policies to march on the street for,but you see this very issue of Mohbad it ain't worth it. Though I sympathise with the deceased, but Nigerians seem to have this misplaced priority syndrome when it comes to addressing serious national issues. |
I'm glad and always thankful to God for the kind of parents I have. I wouldn't be what I am today without the kind of training and upbringing I had from them. All I can say is, may they live longer to reap the fruit of their labour from me.,that is and will always be my prayer. |
Permit me to say this,of course i condemn the act of rape vehemently and frown at whatever that pushes individuals to indulge in such, however, this guy could be innocent of the crime, cos I used myself as a case study. I was accused of raping a minor which later turned out to be a wrong and false allegation.. Funny enough the so called Nigeria police force wanted to force me into admitting the crime with all kinds of intimidation and threat but I neither burged nor succumbed to their threat cos I never did such. The case was brought up by the mother of the said child and there was nothing whatsoever that was used as concrete evidence or substantiated proof by her to lay such accusation, the only thing she used as her evidence was the oral interrogation she personally and confidentially had with the little girl at home, nothing more.No proof from the school where she claimed that the incidence happened and no medical report to show the condition of the child's damaged private part which she also claimed was penetrated. Thank God the truth of the whole thing was finally revealed/out. So what I'm saying in essence is this,it is not every case of child's molestation or rape of minor is true as portrayed in the media and the so called Nigeria police. In some if not most cases,it is false or wrong accusation and when not properly investigated and proved, the accused will be tagged a rapist or a paedophile by the society as was my case. Unfortunately the system and the society at large makes it look like the victim is always right. I jst thought I should use this means to share a little of my experience of being a victim of wrong accusation of rape. |
As I was reading this whole shenanigan by these politicians, I can't but feel pity for this country and its citizens. I mean how can few individuals think that they can determine the direction this country will go come 2023 election, I mean it really beats my imagination. All I see in this election is an exercise between the rich and the poor, the strong and weak and the powerful and the powerless in the society. This has been shown in the attitude and behaviour as exhibited by some of these politicians and from recent events. This is the time to prove these so-called "powerful individuals" wrong come 2023. Since they have made their decisions in London,we the masses and average Nigerians mst make ours at our various polling units to correct the impression that they are not the sole owners of this country. |
I'm so proud to be identified with PO as the next president of this country. Having listened to this interview,I can't but love this man the more. Peter Obi is the real deal,I swear,if Nigeria misses this man,it'll take a long time to recover from the loss. On Obi's mandate I stand!!! |
Did u actually write this thing,I mean were u in ur right frame of mind before writing this? If u were, then I must say u're already a dead man or a walking corpse, but if not,I'd advise u start taking ur medication seriously. Jeez!! I can't believe that someone with brains said/wrote this #smh# [Qquote author=apache22b post=118421128]Over my dead body will Peter Obi and his useless Obidient's urchins to be my President. If it's not Tinubu let god take my life. Peter Obi and his useless Obidient's urchins are all Liars even more than Lai Muhammed. Tinubu or nothing Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the best man for this Job My fellow youths the power is in your hands for a better country for us all and Bola Ahmed Tinubu is our only Renewed Hope |
Thanks OP,this was of great help to me,jst did it and it worked. Indeed knowledge as they say is power, what you don't know u don't know #smiles#. |

Whether he gets 50 votes or not,Jst dn't forget this PETER OBI IS YOUR NEXT PRESIDENT,period!!! You can go hug transformer if u can't come to terms with that. [1quote author=lhordspy post=117086259] Here in the North, peter will not have 50 votes
|
This smells of trash and bigotry, however, the truth will reveal itself come 2023. Many will hide their faces in shame when Peter Obi mst have been sworn in as the next president of the country. Save this day when ur propaganda mst have fizzled out. Quote author=lhordspy post=117081768]For the first time I collided with Peter obi at an event few weeks back. And for the first time, i saw the man talks. I felt nothing but pity for him.. Looking at him talks, he appeal to me more like an upright man who just want to rule Nigeria and make it better. Even going by his past failed political leadership role in government, i see it in him that he means well for this country. He strikes me as that. Only God knows though. Only HIM can reads man minds. But You see something in Life, like i always say, 'Someone can have a bad wife, but you cant have a bad inlaw' - it will be a disaster, a big one. Good or bad as Peter may be. His kingsmen are not only irritatingly mannerless but they are aggressive, insultive, hateful, envious and everything disgusting someone could think of. And the most surprising thing is all these disgusting characteristics listed always tends to showcase itself in them separately without each one stopping or colliding with the other. Peter must be cursing the day he realised he comes from that part of the world. They successfully destroy the ambition of a potential leader through their past sins and the present one they keep commiting day by day. Very sad. So sad. May God never make us this unfortunate in Life.
|
Hajia Aisha keep deceiving yourself, APC & Bola Ahmed Tinubu will win the election overwhelmingly. Hell will freeze the day an Igbo man can defeat a Yoruba & Hausa/Fulani man in a general election in Nigeria. [/quoste] And that will surely happen come next year and ur likes can take a trip to that same hell to feel the coldness of the place. Tribal bigot!!! |
My take on those that come on cyberspace to throw tantrums and make delusional remarks on PO is this,u guys should be calming down,2023 is jst a few months away,y'all will surely come on this same platform and other social media platforms and cry me a river, when His Excellency, Peter Gregory Obi must have been sworn in as the next President of Nigeria. Do rmbr to keep this date. |
I am among men that don't watch football, but that doesn't make me boring, cos there're other ways I could catch my fun. I am a fan of entertainment and political discussions,I could engage in such conversation without being bored and I can as well discuss other issues that border on business, career and religion and any other thing that will put money in my bank account. So it's a wrong notion to assume that men that don't watch football are boring or do not have any other thing that keeps them entertained on weekends. Lest I forget, I'm an outgoing type,so clubbing and attending events are other ways I catch my fun or spend my wknd. |
I have been able to read some comments and I could deduce that some people are comfortable with suffering. I mean how can a sane person in this jet age be rooting for the likes of Tinubu and Atiku as the next president of a country like Nigeria,I mean it really baffles my imagination. Honestly, some people are born to suffer and die wretched and those that support Tinubu,to me are among them. God Forbid Bat thing. |
Whatever anyone says or puts up online/ any social media platforms, inorder to malign, denigrate or slander our incoming President (PO),sorry,u came too late. The minds of most Nigerian youths are already made up to align with a competent, transparent and accountable candidate,so there's nothing and I mean absolutely nothing, anyone can do about it. You can tag him Pandora o,lier o ,stingy man o or even tribal bigot,we no snd,on PETER OBI I stand and Same with most reasonable and well-meaning Nigerian youths. So propagandists and ur cohorts,u guys will loose big this time and without any shadow of doubt u'll all cover ur face with shame after 2023 election. |
What gives some people on this forum the idea/ assumption that the criteria that determines who wins the election is based on the number of registered voters in a region? Pls u guys should stop disturbing the peace of this forum with your ignorance,I guess a lot of you are still new in the scheme of things when it comes to politics. The way some people amplify the whole thing, one would think that the election had already been conducted. Don't worry guys, election is jst few months from now,it's only then that ur permutation and prediction will be proven otherwise. The turn of events in Nigeria these few years has taught an average Nigerian a big lesson,so u guys should hold ur peace and watch as things unfold. I keep telling people who care to listen and know that 2023 election will shock a lot of people and will come with its surprises too. So it's too early for any one no matter the party, region or tribe u belong to, to start juxtaposing facts and jumping into conclusion. |

mendii:I guess u're as inconsiderate and callous as the governor, that's why u dn't reason with ur brain, hence allow sentiment to becloud ur sense of reasoning. No doubt I know ur type,so won't go that path with u. Believe what I said or not,it's none of my business, but that's the situation in the state. No wonder north is far behind other regions when it comes to education and ur likes are benefiting from that. |
The administration of this man really bastardised and messed up the education standard in the state, especially the primary sector. I happened to be one of those that were employed by his govt.after the retrenchment of the 21,000 primary school teachers back in 2017 for some unjustifiable reasons and they claimed that it was because they failed their so "called competency",we know the truth behind the lay off of the teachers but that will be a story for another day. As for the recently sacked/dismissed staff,I was not surprised, cos he was looking for a way to fund the salary of the newly recruited secondary school teachers into the state secondary schools and that's the only way he thought necessary. As a teacher in KADSUBEB(Kaduna state Universal Basic Education Board),I was really wasting away my time and potential, cos no growth, incentives, better welfares of the teachers and above all insubordination of teachers by the authorities and management of the board, I willingly resigned from the job cos it jst doesn't worth it. I'm from the East and a master degree holder by God's grace, honestly, working in such environment and with the crop of staff in such organisation(mostly indigenous Muslims) can be so frustrating and demoralising to say the least. El-rufia made civil service especially in public schools unattractive and potentially suppressing. Jst like someone rightly said in the comment section, majority of the people affected in this dismal are Christians both from southern Kaduna and those that are not from the state. What the shortman does is a case of robbing Peter to pay Paul, anytime the state recruits staff into the civil service sector, the govt looks for a way to lay off other or old staff in order to save up money to pay the salary of the newly recruited staff. It has been like that since the inception of his administration. If you think that the slogan of the Kaduna state is still "Center of Learning",u had better think again, because that has been eroded ever since this man took over the affairs of the State. The rate of unemployment in Kaduna state has really escalated since the tenure of El-rufai hence the surge in banditry, kidnapping and insecurity in the state. The education sector in the state is nothing to write home about cos of mismanagement and appointment of incompetent individuals into the sector. I write from Kaduna and I have had a fare share of what I'd call "Suffering and smiling" while working as a primary school teacher in the state. |
Imo state but in Kaduna,I'm OBIdient o. |

Believe this story at ur peril. Propagandists have started their work jst to discredit PO,but this time it won't work. I will be OBIdient till the end. |
Honestly,Nigerians are the architect of their problems, so because a man is rich every member of his family should jst become rich automatically without lifting a finger. The context of his msg is simple, capitalism and good management of resources enrich and create a wealth for a nation not for family alone. Jst so that u know Peter Obi is a capitalist, and that's what this country needs in such a time as this. |
If I were GEJ political adviser,I would advise him not to make the mistake of dabbling into Nigeria's politics again. He had better remain an elder statesman that he his and maintain the reputation that he has built these past years. The plan is crystally clear, become a president for 4 years and return back power to the north. It's a political game by the northern elites and political gladiators and they want to use GEJ as their pawn. |
My brother Nairaland is the best forum to be,for news, infortainment and political updates,no doubt is the surest plug for educative materials. As for the tribal wars and all that, truth be told, it became so prevalent in this forum ever since this divisive govt came into power. Nairaland was not known for this to the best of knowledge, and ever since I joined the forum, I've not come across such level of discord and hatred for one another in this country as seen in the forum in the past few years. However, this narrative can still be changed if only we'd understand that the politicians that instilled this among us are really reaping off on us and we are tearing each other apart, hence should vent our anger and frustration on them not on each other in this forum. |
