👉(a) the original of the disputed collated result for each polling unit where the election is disputed ; (INEC's possession)
👉(b) the smart card reader or other technology device used for accreditation of voters in each polling unit where the election is disputed for the purpose of obtaining accreditation data directly from the smart card reader or technology device ; (INEC's possession)
👉(c) data of accreditation recorded and transmitted directly from each polling unit where the election is disputed. (INEC's possession)
👉(d) the votes and result of the election recorded and transmitted directly from each polling unit where the election is disputed. (INEC's possession)

None of these validates the copies with any party agent for use in a dispute. You can now understand why INEC was subpoenaed to provide the documents.

No. Those are top copies. Any paper they appear on is a hardcopy. In fact, any paper on which something is printed on is a hardcopy. That's basic English.

INEC don't have the top copies, that's why they failed to provide them even when subpoenaed to do so.
And the Electoral Act 2022 approves the use of iREV copies in case of any contention.
