IconicR:When your thumbs move faster than your brain 😁 |
Lotanna2:But this line of discussion is not about the tribunal's job. It's about you 'assuming' over 18000 polling units results won't make a difference as if that makes it okay to 'steal' them. 👇 Lotanna2:This is legally termed 'assumption of fact' and that is very harmful to proceedings. |
Lotanna2:This is you thinking hard copy means anything different in Law. Damn. It's jus paper bro. Paper. INEC provided those evidence on paper, certified them and handed that to LP. They're hardcopies, just like any printed document lying about you right now.😁
|
Lotanna2:I don't want to call you a liar, but come on.. Did you follow the tribunal proceedings at all? Even in the face of evidence, y'all still run away from the truth 😲
|
Lotanna2:Thieves should be behind bars. They shouldn't even be in position to steal in the first place. From precedence, there'd always be the machinery to lie and cover-up what they actually did, in this case, absconding with the car and misrepresenting it as a petrol scoop 😴 |
Philgafauto:Strange that you should be asking this at 11:39 PM. You created a thread at 2:35 PM to say this: Philgafauto:It is clear you formed an opinion before actually reading the address, which you hadn't still done yesterday else you'd have known the contents.🤷🏾♂️ Which begs the question, how many half-truths are in this submission of yours? |
An artwork called Judith Scott twins. The purpose is to create an income for the owner when someone buys it. |
oyatz:INEC provided the hardcopies not IMAGE files. The documents were provided by INEC as certified true copies of the elections results in hard copies, not transferred via Xender or Instagram or some other photo sharing app. Since they are certified, INEC takes the fall for any problems with it. |
Lotanna2:Assuming I still have my car, I may not even be using it so much as petrol is expensive this period. I guess that justifies the thief's decision to steal my car 👍 |
wise0ne:😂😂😂 The real hilarious thing is some people are saying those evidence can't stand before the PEPT. INEC were subpoenaed to produce both documents. They couldn't produce the top copies and instead provided the IREV copies. Isn't that admitting the iREV is reliable when there are issues with the others? Now, their reliable results has about 18,088 blurred and unreadable copies. In fact, over 39,000 results (which includes the 18,088 copies) are unaccessible. So the big question remains; where did INEC get their result from since they do not have the top copies of Form EC8A?? 🤷🏾♂️ Imagine cornering millions of voters results for nefarious reasons. Just look at the fraud in only 2 random states. If you wade in more, damn.
|
Guys, it's just a forfeiture 😁 |
Enice:So, is this you confirming that INEC provided 'Livy' with all the documents they requested as soon as the subpoena was delivered 'so they won't be in contempt of the court' ? |
Lotanna2:You'd do well to quote the Supreme Court judgement so I can peruse it just like you did in what you quoted, just like I did. We're not really going to consider a lower court in this instance. |
Lotanna2:Sorry, but this response is not related to what you quoted 🤔 |
Lotanna2:That's for the Osun Court and the matter of the BVAS. The kernel here is quite different Nonetheless, Section 89 of the Evidence Act states “Secondary evidence may be given of the existence, condition or content of a document when: (a) The original is shown or appears to be in the possession or power – (i) of the person against whom the document is sought to be proved, or (ii) of any person legally bound to produce it and such person does not produce it This document is to be used against INEC and is in possession of INEC. And INEC did not provide it even with a subpoena, choosing to provide instead, that of the iREV alone. What's more important is that INEC certified it. So their actions and the admissibility of those Form EC8A is provided for by this Section. |
Lotanna2:Nice. Do you understand what Judicial precedence is? If you don't, read up on that, then read up on this judgement by the Supreme court in Faleke Vs INEC (2006) https://www.opinionnigeria.com/faleke-v-inec2016-18-nwlr-pt-1543-at-61-an-examination-of-the-power-of-inec-to-declare-an-election-inconclusive-and-election-petition-tribunals-jurisdiction-by-oladele-kehinde-emmanuel/
|
Enice:It is clear you didn't follow the Elections Proceedings. You also missed the Press briefings where it was made clear that INEC is refusing to provide top copies as requested. I will take you to Page 3, Article IX on this document, since it also looks like you didn't read before passing judgement either. Just dey play
|
Enice:Well, there is a link to INEC's official website staring at you in the face on that post, but you still choose to suggest I forged it and also question the genuineness of the document. You'll deny even your very existence to defend fraud. After all, a lie needs more lies to bury it. |
Enice:Photocopies of what? Form EC8A right? So in a nutshell, the Form EC8As are what is supposed to be on the iREV just as your CV and Government ID is in your workplace. If there are differences between what is there and what is here, it is not a photocopy. It is a fake. The courts do not use photocopies. The courts do not use originals either. They just want certified true copies. If the original is not certified, it will be rejected. Even if it's a duplicate of a duplicated duplicate; when the issuer certifies them, they are good. INEC certified those documents, so that argument is dead. |
Enice:Noted. So the documents on the iREV are what? 😁 You may want to take a look at this before you respond. Precisely, Page 4, Implementation Procedure, No. 1. https://inecnigeria.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Electronic_Transmission___Collation_Of_Result-5.pdf Confidently spewing premium trash 😂 Shocker! Wasn't it APC/INEC lawyers saying iRev is not a collation system? INEC documents disagrees with them completely
|
So... INEC handed over 18000+ blurred copies (some of which were blank A4 papers) of Form EC8A as Certified True Copies of the result? They also could not provide the top copies of same form EC8A? Crazy Crazy Crazy 😂 |
Well, you didn't want Peter Obi to go to court either so your opinion doesn't really count in the court matter. The only time you will have a problem with that address is if you love wasting time. It's a final address at the Tribunal, not a week-long dance party.😁 |
The speed people go use close their accounts there ehn 😁 |
Now for MUFC to unveil him with Rihanna's song 😁

Andre Onana has joined Manchester United on a contract running until June 2028, with the option of a further year, subject to international clearance. The Cameroonian goalkeeper has kept 104 clean sheets in 255 club appearances. He won three league titles and two KNVB Cups with Ajax before joining Inter in 2022. Last season, he won the Coppa Italia and recorded the most clean sheets in the Champions League. Andre Onana said: “To join Manchester United is an incredible honour and I have worked hard all my life to get to this moment, overcoming many obstacles along the way. Walking out at Old Trafford to defend our goal and contribute to the team will be another amazing experience. This is the start of a new journey for me, with new teammates, and new ambitions to fight for. “Manchester United has a long history of incredible goalkeepers, and I will now give everything to create my own legacy in the coming years. I am excited by the opportunity to work again with Erik ten Hag, and I can’t wait to play my part in the success I know he is determined to deliver at this great football club.” John Murtough, Manchester United's football director, said: “Andre was our top choice to become the new goalkeeper for Manchester United, with exactly the right profile of technical attributes and personality. Having achieved success throughout his career, we know that Andre will further add to the winning mentality we are building within our squad. “He is already one of the world’s best goalkeepers and at the age of 27 we firmly believe that he can develop even further over the coming years.” https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/transfer-news-man-utd-complete-signing-of-andre-onana-from-inter? Onana had earlier shared a Goodbye message with Inter Milan as he announced his departure for Manchester.

I do not agree with price control just as I do not agree with Government interference in privatised companies providing public services. Investors should be given level playing ground to invest, public office holders must be nowhere near companies providing public services and the competition should be kept healthy. There is this body, SERVICOM. They should be enough to handle any ill-doings by these companies, just like in cases like this. All these agencies like NERC and NNPCL, in my opinion, are just making things worse. |

Perhaps we need to sell of our refineries to private corporations first. |
