Nobody says you should be poor.

But be a good person.

You cannot live this way and still have the moral justification to remove yourself as one of Nigeria's big problem.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Name The Good/best Companies To Work For In Nigeria And Give Your Reasons by DesChyko:
Companies that are headquartered in Western Countries. A good number of them offer remote jobs and have office spaces here and there. The greatest attribute they have is being very adaptive. If transportation is a problem, then, work from home. If inflation is hitting, increase base pay or allowances, then find a means to get more clients and the existing clients to upgrade their fees. But first, make the employees happy.

You'd get access to really healthy work environments, benefits and policies. Trust me, you wouldn't want it any other way. And it will be a good precedent while setting up your own company.

Unlike what is obtainable in Nigeria. Take NMA v FG for example; Doctors got tired of being guilt tripped for striking constantly at the expense of human lives; they had to seek greener pastures abroad. Now we have a problem of brain drain in that area.

FG is playing the same script with ASUU. It's only a matter of time.
PoliticsRe: Why We Won’t Release Kanu, FG Tells Appeal Court by DesChyko: 12:40pm On Oct 25, 2022
ASUU filed an appeal but were told to resume first as ordered by the court, right? It was a case involving the FG.

That's cool.

This is another case involving the FG. What's going on here?

Na so FG go sack you and you will return to your house. While your position is replaced by a more willing and qualified person.
This isn't a problem. We always know who cries about brain drain in the end.
EducationRe: ASUU Strike: Does The Union Deserves Their Withheld Salaries? by DesChyko: 12:35pm On Oct 25, 2022
In everything, let's go back to the root of the problem.

What is the base cause of this strike? Unfulfilled necessities of over a decade.

There you have it. Of course the FG can decide to withhold their salaries. Nothing stops them from doing that; not even a court order.

We know who'd suffer the consequences of disgruntled employees.

Lagos State government have chosen to retain the funds that don't appear in their financial statement over the morbid desires of those miscreants.

All thanks to Peter Obi's timely revelations, the government is scrambling to save face.

They think his visits to these areas is mere junketeering. The real reason these Agbado Ninjas are jittery over his visits is they fear his keen eyes for details which will bring their corrupt principals to additional disrepute.

Bad loans especially but all in all, while they made a great percentage of profit, their recorded loss of 6bn was too much, and is much more than the profit they recorded..

Those were donated by ordinary citizens who came together to do something for the affected despite their own individual hardship in Nigeria.

Open your eyes well and see the Igbo reactions outside nairaland and beyond you will notice it that they are not peaceful.
Oh please. Stop with this ignorant take.

If the Igbos are not as peaceful, why do the Agberos not subject the Northern members of the Alaba market to the same extortion racket they've subjected the Igbos to for years?

Tell me that we're not subservient, then you have a point. But peaceful? Like dude, we love nothing than minding our own damn business and doing what we feel is best for our personal interests. We do not take kindly to being forced to take a decision that is not favourable to us. That's about it.

As much as I no longer support the idea of One Nigeria, (cos its a failed marriage that only benefits the Northerners), I understand the politics and respect those who understand how to play it well like Tinubu and Atiku. PO on the other hand does not understand politics at all.
Confusion should be your middle name.

Nigeria is failing because of the norm. This influenced your lack of belief in One Nigeria.

Yet you still respect politicians of the norm. The two you've mentioned have played critical roles in ensuring Nigeria is where it is today.

You don't know the colour of your problem, Senior Man.

Support your candidate with your full chest and move on, abeg.

When people are talking, this dullard too will open his mouth. grin

He failed as a student and failed as an administrator in Anambra. We don't need any further evidence to prove what he could do at the federal level - a leopard can never change its spot. wink

Bayelsa that remains one of the worst governed states on the federation, closely followed by Abia and Taraba, is what the dullard is talking about. We don't blame him, we blame is identity. He comes from a place where it is forbidden for people to take responsibility for their own actions. So they must look for someone else to blame.

All the times you called on them during the disaster of 2012, how many times did they respond?

Peter Obi, come onboard and change things for the better. Let me experience a working Nigeria in my adult life.
