Besides Cr7 never had prolific teammates that will convert most of his Assists, over the years Messi has had teammates like Neymar, Suarez, Eto'o, Ronaldinho, Iniesta, Xavi, Villa, Coutinho etc these guys are so clinical in front of goal that convert assists from Messi.
