That's the fifth batch of promises Nigerian's are receiving. Let's hope 5 is a lucky number. |
Amen!! I only wish the painters at Alaba Int'l Market yesterday were fortunate enough. The metal ladder they were painting a three-storey building on fell backwards and made contact with a high tension wire. Instantly, their bodies were slashed and baked all over. You don't want to see it yourself, man. One could move his head at least and was rushed to the hospital with a keke. The other was worse off. Even the army had to clear a lane and stop a driver to take him to the hospital. You won't believe that the driver tried to escape, thereby incurring the wrath of the army who beat him to a pulp. The man was eventually taken to a hospital but frankly, no one believes he will survive. We all have to look around us and find great reasons to thank God despite our difficulties. |

As in ehn.. Born and living in perpetual fear. God has given us a Nigeria and we're trying to tear it apart with greed and conceit. |
He's a national figure. He should show good example and pay homage if he can. Otherwise, there is still nothing Buhari's government can legally do without violating the Press Act. |

stonecoldcafe:Relax.. What you're seeing in frontpage wasn't there at all. It was just a one-line sentence talking about 'Czech Students not schooling anymore' and a 'vague' topic. And I called his attention to the fact that he has to give more details for the moderators to understand the importance, which he did and you just saw. Slow your row. |
winnieG1:Thank you, my brother. The fact most people know but remain blind to is 'GODFATHERISM'. The reason I decided to stick to GEJ was the way he waved aside, his ties and loyalty to Obasanjo. Although I was irked when he began to seek his favour again when the elections approached. What is there to celebrate? That Buhari won? So what if he won? The stomachs that got him in there are looking forward to be filled from the depleting national income and that will be his greatest undoing in his fight against corruption. As long as Godfatherism exists, Nigeria can never experience leadership in its purest form. The 'godfathers' bless their puppets and make life difficult for whomever fails to pay tribute. Sadly enough, Nigerians play along. |
stonecoldcafe:Leave with a lesson today since you've decided to be brain lazy. vague /veig/Those are four definitions for 'vague' I gave you. Pick the definition that goes with the noun 'claims' and explain to yourself how that is an insult. ![]() |
Change2015:The reason it is different is the same reason it became obvious that Buhari CAN NEVER prosecute Jonathan nor any topshot in the political see. If however, you still insist that I give you a rundown of the transformations in the political atmosphere during Abiola's time and now, I have no more issues to iron out with you. |
Babymama1:As in ehn.. I have no idea how soon this issue can be addressed though. The entire Nigerian system needs revamping. Imagine sending a student abroad on scholarship to receive praises from the masses and not ensuring the successful and convenient completion of the programme. The full money for their education should have been set aside in some bank account and leaving the bank or a committee to oversee their monthly distribution to the benefactors. Don't know if they know that such actions are akin to trafficking or slavery. |
stonecoldcafe:You must be an idi.ot. I simply made an inquiry and I got the clarification I sought from the important person. And you fly in with no relevance whatsoever to pick on me, you silly goat. |
Naijasingleguy:Calm down.. Let me locate that 2011 pdf file. |
Mtschew.. Person go use una dey buy headlines. |
How long has he been at Abuja? Thought he was freeing detainees in Imo just five days ago ![]() |
PassingShot:Not what he did, rather what he didn't do. He knows the kind of supporters he had. But that wasn't his business at the moment. He had just lost and had to lick his wounds, irrespective of the ongoing murders as a result of his loss. And he NEVER said a word. Jonathan, in one swift timely decision, dissociates himself from further apathy which will arise or may have arisen from his loss. That is what Buhari should learn, not personalizing dogs and baboons. |
Write to Three Crowns Headquarters so that they can wire you your hard-earned money you used in buying it ![]() ![]() |
Do you notice something here? The party leadership seem to be saying one thing and their subordinates, another thing. That goes a long way to prove what GEJ said about the adverts made without his knowledge. Those claims were true. |
PassingShot:One step at a time. In time, he will become. For now, he is exemplary to the reigning orthodox crude leaders. Buhari should take a lesson or two from this and not cause uprising again if he loses out. |
We are behind you, Agbaje. We started the journey together this election period and will surely finish it. |
OP, with all due respect, all I see are grieviances to a generally accepted notion. If world leaders like himself could have marvelled at his feat despite the power he wields, I think opinions like yours are fit to be ignored at best. You have no idea what it feels like to be a president. Experience is the best teacher and experience has spoken. |
Aisshh.. The informal one should be careful now.. R.I.P. |
First Lady, What are you waiting for ni? To hand over the kitchen keys to Aisha Buhari? |
Anybody who undermines the influence of religion and tribalism in Nigerian politics is just acting ignorant. It is very much an active part of Nigerian political atmosphere and if it must be eradicated, it must start from the North. |
Some people really take long while bathing, doesn't really translate to pornographic intents. Knew a lady in my school days, she really stays LOOOONG in the bathroom. I never really gave her reason for such much thoughts but we do make jest of her for that. Now that you speak of it, I remember when her boyfriend goes in there to have his bath with her. Sometimes, they spend the whole time together, sometimes, he finishes long before she's done. With him there, it didn't change anything, so it doesn't translate to porn issue. |
Didn't even notice the effects of the curfew. |
Tekzyflex:Yes. And funny enough, because of my questions, I was corrected to believe the person was schooling in the UK and not Czech Republic as contained in the topic. |
liquidmetall:I still can't understand how people force their brains to believe either of the major parties played a fair game in any instance. |

You go carry dictionary for me? I saw a letter there and it was more than enough for me. I don't understand what you meant by vague. What i saw was clear enough for me. If you did not comprehend it ...
