chibabe3:welcome on board: TOYOTA - Good thinking, Good product |
Exponental:walahi, even newly constructed roads are not left out ..... our roads are worst. BUT: this osun state wahala is much, no salary no road... went to Ikirun via Oshogbo, the roads were nothing to write home about. on sunday going toward Ife, saw this clean Jaguar (own by a chief/oba) d driver opened the hood didn't know what to do, the car bumped into a pothole guess the system now crashed. I believe the sensor will help a lot, good innovation |
Raymie:we need to consult the oracle. |
delaw4u:Mr, you are in Nigeria right? if yes, going by your set criteria, would advice you go for the Camry 99 times you are faced with such options before you consider Passat. |
lomomike:you no nice, just cast the guy like that |
CRV now, parts are pocket friendly, easy to maintain, good ground clearance, strong body frame. |
lomomike:lolz |
Bossforeva:I wonder what is happening to them all, when I saw the new pathfinder, from the front view I was like, this should be a Nissan Rogue or another Nissan product behold it was a PATHFINDER! I just kept mute. may be a pathy for the women to go for shopping and pick up the kids |
this there new design is something am still trying to get used to. from corrola, yaris, Camry, Avalon, highlander etc they have very similar front design, and to me its not really cool. IMO the hilux should continue to have similar front as the 4runner if they don't have better design. this one looks too feminine, I feel it is loosing d ruggedness, but the rear still ok |
peterjero:I wonder what part of Nigeria most nairalanders stay, yabbing Toyota like its rubbish. am a testifier to Toyota's slogan: "good thinking, good product" bt I want to ask o, of what use are all this gadgets in cars when you are not sure if the car won't fail you. NOTE: if its Toyota's so called blandness that makes it very reliable and stand test of time, I pray they continue been bland. IMO |
guess another victim of TROPICALIZATION MR, you are not communicating, what are the specifications of what you changed, moreover when the mechanic asked you to change them was it by assumption or he scanned it, what type of oil did you use to service the gear. calm down and type what people can comprehend, am sure your car will be fine. NOTE: sometimes when people are advice not to go for some cars as 1st car, they feel they are been deprived. |
sultaan:u nailed it. I have witnessed a similar case. we r Nigerians (always trying to cut corners), nobody will tell me all those exotic cars in the north have complete papers. even police/road safety wahala can't b compared to the one we experience here. I just pity the said man in the video over 300m naira almost lost. |
seems it was bovi involved in d crash while basket mouth was commiserating. I don't think dere could be injuries from diz type of crash if he is on seatbelt. if hr sustained, quick recovery. BT basket mouth wan reach 90yrs.... how will he b lykself |
Bossforeva:did he eventually go for that car? |
a lot have to be put to consideration, part of which is the type commonly used in the area you really want to use it. |
I don't think the engine is running. the tachometer is on zero. if you are not yet perfect in driving, have some one else snap while you drive the car, then pressing the brakes. that was what ZIMDRILL required from you. |
disloman:thanks. |
chidooh1:yea, he is right, physics. the air entering will be holding back, like some one wearing agbada and running, you know the wind will blow out the cloth and it will be holding him back, whereas on a smart cloth....easily. more over, am not always comfortable the wind blowing at high speed. |
SmartChoices:if you really are, you would have talked about the current trend in this section (tropicalization) |
SmartChoices:u didn't even wait for me to finish posting. na joke I dey now, u no even sabi comedy self |
SmartChoices:what sort of perspective is that, thank God lomomike has found out for us that it is nothing to go by. BT u scarce o, I dey OK.... *still dusting anything with Benz badge* #TeamCamry |
CountDracula:take diz orijin, u too sharp |
abatically n adanny01 you guys are just giving this guy unnecessary attention..... he doesn't know what he is saying, from cooling system to everything rubbish! (iranu, abasha) no car ever made that the ball joint can't pull of, Toyota 4runner(u know how strong it is) it experiences it. my dad's corrola den, d ball joint was replaced with Renault's own and d shaft too. when it comes to Honda, alot of fake parts, then most people who use it don't take note of such signs. if u care to know, a friend of mine uses a Camry (pencil) n d ball joint pulls off (abt twice dat am aware of) den another uses EOD, it has never experienced such. I know the more people try to enlighten you the more you spill those folly, abi how do Honda users TROPICALIZE their ball joint? |
wen buhari turn love doctor? |
auhanson:lolz I think op should reduce speed wen approaching pot holes..... I lost my front spring when returning from abuja few months ago, it was in the night.... sped past a pot hole. |
TRADELYN:thank you |
GAZZUZZ:lolz, DAT guy matter no b 4 here |
diz one na resurrection not restoration |
Chucky234, lemme believe your account has bin hacked, diz could have not come out from you. I just pity those you are misleading, lomomike enjoy your cars jawe..... m enjoying my pencil and muscle without *tropicalization*. d pencil is 5yrs counting, d paint is intact just bumper bruises from okada n Micra... aside DAT nothing, recommended tyre size, oil everything, I bought it from UK 95k miles.... now on 230k miles, so tell me more. d muscle is still recent, but its also serving. |
greenhulk:and this is what I call full tropicalization!!! 100% efficient .... GAZZUZZ now we all see that kazeem( tonychristopher ) is now nairaland. |
fanex, chill out, what do you stand to gain from all this? @OP, nissparts is your best bet, but 3 times is much o, I know people who use same SUV as that but I have not heard them complain about this issue. you can also follow auhanson's advice about the springs been expired, buy as for your weight ......... *lips sealed * |

Just joking oh
