wave1: Please sir, how do you handle the ground clearance on your civic?
With time you'll get use to it... Climb bump slowly... And for port hole put one leg in pothole and one leg outside the pothole, if you can't avoid it.
It took me say 2 weeks after which no more issues. You will love the handling of this ride.
Nanagom: I have an evil spirit 2011, I wanna upgrade to a lexus sedan if you're serious I can sell mine to you for a reasonable price, kindly note I still drive this car, so you can come check it at my office in VI with your mechanic
Interested, please chat me last price and pix on whatsap 08034288798
sheu01: Its not high my bro if its free accidental. I bought my own 2006 toyota corolla on Copart around 2.1M including customs duty but d mileage is around 87k, The car look like brand new, accidental free and no single work to be done on d car. if you are not careful, Naija dealer will sell u accidental car for u for 2M and u will not know. My advise for you is to get history of d car u want to purchase.
2.1m for a 2006 sedan 4plug non-luxurious car?
Guys please what your opinion on getting an 07 Pontiac vibe instead.. Toks landing at 1.4m for a client?
Ace16: Thanks for your reply. Is there anything I could do due to the observation u made? As per the mileage I’m suppose to see the car next week, but the seller said it’s around 60000. But I heard that they do alter the mileage
The crack engine block issue doesn't affect all 8 th generation Civic.
On a good note, since we do not have freezing condition in naija this sort of issue rarely happens. Just make sure to test drive the car like say an hour... Check the temperature gauge, cause if the engine is seriously cracked it will likely overheats, then drive to a lube bay and have it thoroughly inspected for leaks.
Ace16: Good evening everyone. Plz I saw a Honda Civic 2008 for sale, 9ja used, plz I would love to know what I should look out for make I nor go fall into trap. Tho I’ve been doing some research, but I still need ur opinion.. thanks
The engine block is prone to cracking with coolant leaking out... Just be observant and you will be fine. Car is good What is your car current mileage
valarinz: If my delivery wasn't so nice, then I totally apologise, obviously we all have different tolerance levels when it comes to soaking in bad news. Just ignore my bad habits and please take the message... apologies once more.
In response to this, there's no XC90 T6 post 05 model, they discontinued the shit car after just a year after realising the rubbish they did,by then countless lawsuits and damages has already landed on them from owners (note it took just less than a year for the car bought brand new to start messing owners up).
Theres only 04/05 model T6 and the car in question here is one of them, was rebranded from 07 above with their best XC90 engine and gear combination (3.2l 6cyl & 6spd tranny).
God bless you sir for your words of warning. I will warn friends and love ones
Fentanyl: oh are the noisemakers still here lamenting about the faithful Corolla?
looool
it is late, try to sleep, tomorrow you can all continue crying and whining about the Corolla
as for me, my freshly landed 2006 Corolla from Toronto is parked outside in my secured compound fully and comprehensively insured with Mansard insurance
I shall sleep soundly knowing that no matter what, I will hop in my trusted Corolla with my #1KFUEL tomorrow morning and go about my daily business happily
who ever does not like that fact, kindly go to Wuhan and become a permanent resident
lol
what a group of loud mouthed empty headed non entities
COROLLA FOREVER!!
Dude is infected with corrola-virus... Enjoy your corolla... Me dey enjoy my Honda Civic 2008 LX and for your info your corolla no near my ride quality and fuel efficiency
Gilbertase: And let me clarify, i/we are not talking about all corolla's, i/we are talking about the 02 to 07 boring, tiny, ugly can. Not the ones from 2008 to date.
I hate that 03 to 07 corolla with passion, i know of someone who reject Uber cars request if he sees that the car na corrola. That 03 to 07 is so classless I swear
