bless u too, no fear... do u experience any of these chest pain, heartburn, indigestion, nausea, upper abdominal pain, epigastric Pain( under the breastbone) , dark stool?

indigestion isn't often, but I experience fullness in my stomach that makes it hard for me to eat, dark stool (not all the time but most time) and loss of appetite. slight upper abdominal pain (not too severe and once in a while)

I am not a doctor, but let me telling u what I think your problem is FEAR, anxiety can make u feel u have a sickness u dealing with psychologically, if you r thinking u have hiv, anxiety would start making you feel the symptoms. I was once in your shoes, February last year I had this headache that refused to go, did series of malaria and typhoid test, took plenty injections and drugs yet headache refused to go next anxiety and depression came in, before then I had lost 40kg fat with exercise and dieting (wasn't dieting the right way , cos sometimes I skip food for days which isn't healthy). I became a shadow of my former self,treated malaria and typhoid 4 times in 4 month headache refused to go, started thinking all manners of sicknesses like brain tumor, hiv etc.1st week of june I lost 5kg (just in one week, due to the fact that I wasn't eating all becos I wasn't feeling hungry or have the urge to eat) started having serious insomnia , I dey beg sleep but sleep no dey gree come, would stay awake all nite with my vein popping on my head it contined till July, almost booked for an MRI, told myself that I just have to do complete medicals, whatever the result is good or bad I would take it with good fate. I contacted my hiv postive friend in ijebu and told him everything (thou I have been celibate for 2years till date) he said we should go for test at lasuth , we went lo and behold it was negative went again to a private lab still negative, did other test urinalysis,hepatitis,infection etc all came out well, from that moment I got my result hunger started within few days i came back to my normal self till date.later realised my eyes was the reason 4 d constant headache and nausea, ever since I started using glass (sep) I have never felt headache or nausea till date. I suspect you are having ulcer cause during those times I was having the headache I was constantly on strong painkiller that later caused stomach ulcer, but I tested negative to h pylori. With the few symptoms u mentioned here it could be ulcer.... sha go to the hospital.

I'm not diagnose with liver disease but I'm afraid due to my symptoms. I want to know how I felt before you discover ur status.. I've spent a lot recently treating thypoid, and some other medical test including kidney test, urinalysis and blood test as well as ultrasound.
the symptoms I'm feeling is that I don't feel hungry at all even if I don't eat for a whole day and also my stool are black or brown, and sometimes normal but av some little blood, someone said it might be ulcer But I don't think ulcer won't make u feel hungry. please I want to know about ur symptoms before u got treated

please help, I've a similar case with the op. I never feel hungry and my stool are always dark in color with some few white substance, looks like fat. what can I do?

You will be fine...please drink as much water as you can manage. Also, go to good hospital where they aren't afraid to do a thorough body check. 2019 is your year of awesome health.

I've been drink ask much water as I can (not less dan 3litres a day) but what I'm facing now is dat I can't eat. my stomach is heavy and just 5 spoon of rice is enough for me for d day.. u know what that means.. but I believe in God that he'll perfect my body system.. thanks once again, God bless you

I am a Naturopath and can offer you a guide regarding what to do.

Your early satiety and the fact that blood was found in your stool and the reddish colour of your urine is a serious cause for concern.

All you stated gives me cause to ask you to go for a check on your pancreas.

Go for either an ultrasound, a computerized tomography (CT) scans, a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to check your stomach properly especially your Pancreas.

Have you noticed any change in your skin colour or eye colour?

I've been writing doc/pharmacist in the house to help me concerning my health.. I've spent over 50k and I'm kinda broke now.
what I'm passing thru now is my stomach is always full with a little food or water.. I don't have appetite at all. I can go a day without food and I'll be okay.. I've been facing dis 3 weeks ago and I've been going thru series of test. I suspect kidney because I've been passing little and reddish urine but my kidney test says I'm okay and dey said I should take at least 3litres water a day and I think it has improve though not to my satisfaction. I did urinalysis and they found typhoid which I've been treated after 2days admission in the hospital. I also did stool test, only blood was found, and I've no pains while passing stool or urinating, but the major problem now is that my stomach is heavy. I can't eat much, I only eat because I think my body needs it. and I've been losing weight now and I'm kinda fed-up. I also request for ultrasound which says my kidney and liver are okay. I'm fed-up. please what drug can u prescribe for me.. I've spent all my money and I've gone broke that's why I want to consult the doc in the house.. please help a bro because I'm in pain and anxiety. I don't want to lose my life now.

the doc said I need to start drinking a lot of water to filter my kidney. she said my kidney really need to be filter.. maybe I've not been drinking enough water before. she said I need Nothing less than 5 liters a day
she also give me antibiotics also.

I think this is happening to you based on your low water intake. You need water for your kidney to function properly. How often do you drink water in a day. I experienced this sometimes in secondary school. My dear, drink enough WATER for your system to function properly.

I've been drinking enough water but yet the water takes a lot of time before it comes out through urine. it makes my stomach heavy and even if the urine will start coming out, it'll be small in quantity and most times reddish in color. I've been diagnosed in the hospital with bacteria infection but I'm afraid my problem is beyond dat.

good morning everyone, without wasting much of our time, I'll like to tell you how exactly I'm feeling.
it happens 6 days ago that I notice I hardly pass tribe, and sometimes I pass urine often but in small quantity.
I've been taken antibiotics and injections given to me in the hospital and my urine are reddish.
I read a lot about kidney infection and I'm scared if I'm having problem with it or it's something else. I don't also have appetite to eat.
my legs are not swollen nor have itching, but y am I not having enough urine output is my concern. I'm scared please I need your advice
is this just an infection that antibiotics such and Ciprofloxacin, flaggy, and vitamin C and some other injections can cure?
