Na so some policemen from isheri division collect 20k from a friend of mine yesterday after bargaining from 200k because his hair is plaited, hence they labelled him a drug dealer and a fraudster. Out of fear and not to be detained he paid 20k. The police come dey hide name like say we never see them.

The govt needs to have cctv cameras installed in police stations, especially in their interrogation rooms and in the compound because their extortion is too much. Other advanced countries have body cams and cameras in their offices. This helps to curb extortion. The NIGERIAN POLICE IS NOT YOUR FRIEND

It's either
1. You don't know their proper meanings,
2. You lack the understanding of how it should be used in this context,

Incursion and invasion are synonymous. They are all nouns. Not as the name of a person or place this time, but as instances of a verb.

Go back and read about Budapest agreement, Minsk agreement 1 & 2 and the Minsk conundrum, so you can know the proper way to use the word incursion or invasion in this context.

Your explanations are not correct.
The PHCN or whatever simply transferred the old, outstanding debts from the estimated bills into the new meter.
This 53,000 is the outstanding debt for the entire occupants, including the landlord, of that building starting from when ?PHCN started bringing bills to that house.
The landlord knows this and simply wants only this guy and his colleague to inherit it.
The man might not even be adding his own part of the bill after collecting those 5,000 from the guy, which made it possible for the bill to accumulate to this extent.
What he was doing was like this: if they brought an estimated bill of like 10,000 for the entire house per month, he would collect 5000 from this guy to pay in for the month to avoid disconnection, and the arrears kept accumulating.

The guy should reject it or simply pack out, if the landlord refuses to contribute towards settling this outstanding 53,000.
