So many interpretations of sleep paralysis that you don't know which to pick as the true cause(s) of it. From experience, I've seen that at times prayers don't stop it; if you like do deliverance for church, na still the same thing. Its almost like your prayer before sleep was not answered or prayers are just fake. You can wake up and run thoughts you shouldn't run because you may feel you were left weak after praying for that demon to get lost but the bastard still pressed you. At times you are so frustrated you want to fight the spirit when you wake up. Oyinbo call it 'sleep paralysis' and you are like them dey press oyinbo too for night?. Me too wonder o. i remember back then when i was being pressed, the force the weight of a building and i was shouting Jesus and no sound was made. At times, i won't be able to call Jesus gan so I would just accept my fate and allow the bastard to leave me in peace.
