What course are you interested in- Surrey is a very good university but then again some unis have their strong point in terms of subjects, plus their locality in terms of industry affiliations might be advantageous for career prospect

living condition is subjective- cost of living in scotland is generally low compared to London and the south east- though some cities are now as expensive due to the influx of foreign students (not just nigerians) and oil workers

Hmmn...forgive me if I do not share your optimism. In Nigeria, it is never advisable for an operator to sue the regulator of the industry in which he operates. It hardly ever ends well. Unless the operator wants to kiss his license goodbye.

MTN is currently in court against NCC, the responsibility is definitely aero's, if not they would have come out to defend this claim! Aero is in contract with NACHO to provide the equipment, the regulators dont have any business with the third party contractors

Please correct the OP, this is not Cambridge University ,it is more like a 6th Form college where students do A levels before proceeding to a proper University. It has absolutely nothing to do with the University of Cambridge.
