A few things you must know so that you don't get disappointed:-
1. She is not indebted to marry you just because you trained her through school... Just in case she changes her mind at the end of the day... Keep this in mind
2. Doing this will not make her marry you, just in case you are doing it to impress her and win her over
3. A young girl at 100level is still in her adventurous stage, I hope you know her well enough to make such a big investment and I just hope she is not using you, do your research properly.

How old is your girlfriend? I don't think it's proper to warn your father. I would advice you try as much as possible to create a distance btw both of them eg. Bring her to the house only when your father is not around or try as much as possible not to bring her to the house very often. That way there is a barrier btw them and there will be no cause to worry

From your post, it's obvious that you genuinely care about her. There are some women who are not fashion savvy. She is probably one of them. A few recommendations for you...How about you show her pictures of how you would like her to start dressing? You can also go shopping with her instead of just giving her money to do it alone. Does she have fashionable friends? You can also advice her to go shopping with her friend. As for the cooking issue, just make it clear what you don't like. I really don't think your issue is a major issue, it's now up to you to handle it properly.

Nothing can be done. The man will most likely get his way or have her fired. It's happened to many pple. I had a friend who left her job because her boss was bothering her and she didn't want to sleep with the man... He didn't fire her yet but she resigned before it got too unbearable. The solution lies in this lady's hand... She can either succumb to the pressure and have all the perks/benefits of sleeping with her boss or simply leave the job/take what ever blows that are thrown at her.
