These certified INEC documents are far more than witnesses. INEC will have to deny these documents and bring the right ones. Thats how Uzodinma won from 4th, INEC couldn't bring theirs

Leaving home in such manner looks wayward to me. Anyways, thank God she has been found
mradjoy:
The previous thread:
https://www.nairaland.com/7713767/udensi-ngozi-opemipo-missing-seen#123550647

I'd like to use this medium to appreciate everyone who empathize with us, those who prayed with us and those who called me from this forum without knowing who I am to offer some valuable advice which partly contributed to her returning back home yesterday on her own volition.

My sincere appreciation goes out to Seun Osewa who swiftly swung into action by moving the thread to the Frontpage immediately after I contacted him.

And to that wonderful journalist who contacted me from The Punch News, they offered to publish it and use their connection to contact the Lagos CP to expedite action on my niece's search.

Lastly to those set of people who's got warped mindset, always thinking every little girl we have in Nigeria are wayward, well, it's not really your fault because if you know how brilliant my niece is, you wouldn't doubt her purity at such tender age. I read so many unruly comments here, but decided to ignore majority of them because I believe it's almost impossible for a brilliant little girl like her, who had near perfect WAEC result at one sitting, and also scored over 300 in JAMB to be wayward at the same time. If you have her as your sister or daughter would you ever have the thought of waywardness towards her?

She had a quarrel with her aunt while her mom was at work, so she decided to punish everybody according to her by leaving the house for them.

She'd initially planned to seize the opportunity to visit her paternal grand parent in Imo state, but on getting to the park, she couldn't afford the fare, she had to go visit her friend somewhere in Ijegun, Lagos instead of heading back to Bariga. I believed her because the tracking result we got from the private tracking guy we employed showed exactly the same thing she'd earlier narrated.

Up until now I never knew there was a tracking system that gives precise location, the street name, the house number, even to the room you're, this tracking system is so effective and powerful to the point of tracking mobile number even when it's switched off.

Now, I was wondering why can't FG use same or better technology to combat insurgency in Nigeria?

So cutting the long story short, we decided to send her a text msg containing those information we gathered about her whereabout and she knew the game was up and decided to call her aunt, then her mom to inform them she was heading home already.

We're happy and glorify God for her safety. Thanks and God bless you all.

They said they budgeted till 30th of June and this budget was approved by NASS. You then remove it 29th of May and you expext people to accept it like that. That's breaking of agreement! The budget, once passed becomes a law and shouldn't be broken carelessly. But as APC supporters, you guys make it look like people are against subsidy; nobody is against subsidy but it has to start July 1st according to the approved budget!

You have to be a child or one with dawn's syndrome to think that 1966 was the first killings. There were killings in kano and other parts of the North in the late 40s and 50s.

Nzeogwu and his gangs are military people and are not elected by Igbos. You can only hold Igbos responsible for the action of Azikiwe and Okpara because they voted those two.

Its like holding the kanuri people responsible for Abacha's actions, thats gross f0oliznes

Obi will not go back to PDP. Obi will be declared president by Supreme Court because he won this election with a wide margin
Raheeqilmaktoom:
They have better options than those two, but they need to work and put themselves out there. There are many strong and influential executives and party members who subscribe to the PDP way.

A lot depends on the current president and how the next 4 years shape out, but Kwankwaso and Obi have most likely kissed their chances with PDP a bye.

There are custodians behind the powers that be in parties that won't let those two anywhere near their tickets.

Atiku was given a chance because
1. They feel he is one of them, he has PDP in him even if he at various times defected, he is a top politician - a brand in himself, can move and shake things and was a founding member of the party, sacrificed his own ambitions at various times for others and many more. Imagine a Buhari in PDP, that's how Kwankwaso or Obi will look in PDP.
2. The custodians are very comfortable with him.
3. He was their best shot at getting the top job, this is an unappreciated point, even with Obi and Kwakwaso wrecking havoc on the party's base, Atiku came second, that speaks volumes.

This last point is the reason Tambuwal sacrificed Wike at the primaries - in the overall interest of the party.

Not all Igbos support IPOB, i don't. However,
your courts upto appeal court has released Nnamdi Kanu and even fined the fg to pay him damages. Why is the fg not respecting her own courts?

There's not clear evidence to link IPOB to the killings in the East. It could be criminals taking advantage of the fact that IPOB will be blamed. NK has been in custody for a long time, how can he be responsible for the killings? Why is the military not doing python dance anymore?
Arrewa:
these Ipob guys... Let me educate you!!

I am Atiku supporter and will always be....

No mater the direction Tinubu administration takes... It wouldn favour the north!! Take that to the bank!!

Again I'm not seeking for alliance with Yorubas on nairaland... All man for him own!!

All I'm asking is that... Why are you Igbos not condemning ipobs?? Why the sudden silence??

Why are you people more concern Whit what is happening in other regions than the daily killings in your region?

Why the silence?
Politics › Re: Prominent Nigerians Who Aren't Igbos Speak Up Against Igbo Hatred In Nigeria - V by DMerciful(m): 5:24pm On Jun 04, 2023
How many Yorubas in the executioners of the 1966 coup? Is Nzeogwu thats from present day Delta an Igbo man now? Thought you guys said no Igbos in Delta or SS?

You can justify the hatred against Igbos as much as you like!
Goodlady:
Igbos caused Jan 1966 coup.
I lectured you sometimes ago. But you didn't bother to verify the facts.
In the begining, Igbo was the first president in person of Azikiwe. Nigeria had a tier system of govt where there's pm and premier if the three regions. Zik was central president, Balewa was prime minister, Ahmadu Bello was premier of the north and Akintola was that of western region and Micheal Okpara was premier of eastern region.
The govt was going on jejely from 1960-1966 suddenly, Kaduna Nzeogwu, an Igbo officer and some other boys who were mainly Igbos planned coup. They killed Balewa, Akintola and Ahmadu Bello but spared Azikiwe and Michael Okpara. It looked so premeditated cos those two that were spared were part of the govt. Another Igbo man got into power in person of Aguiyi Ironsi.
Ironsi arrested the coup plotters and kept them in prison till some officers started mutiny against him that he's favoring the convicted. Instead of acting fast to prove his innocence, he delayed till he was killed. This isn't to justify his killings cos those that killed him ll surely receive judgement on earth or in heaven. Aftermath, Igbos were treated badly in the north. Not in the southwest. It was the north and I must v told you before that north is the common enemy.
Ojukwu was infuriated with these and hatched Biafra. Though, Ojukwu was justified to fight for his people. But his fight wasn't properly planned. At the end, the FG found a way to outsmart him by starving his troops and people by blocking their food supply.
Somehow, rumours came out it was Awolowo that sold the idea for FG led by Gowon to secure his freedom cos he had issues with FG at that time. Since then, Awolowo was hated by Igbos for no just reason. They can't hate the north. It's allege that Muritala Mohammed killed Ironsi but Igbos can't hate him.
Gowon too that led the war, them no hate am.
Wetin come concern Yorubas?
Since that time, it's one jealousy or the other towards southwest. Azikiwe had the opportunity to team up with Awolowo in 1979 to retain power in the south. Instead, he supported Shagari. He repeated it in 1983 for Shagari's re-election.
Fast forward to 1993, Actor Izeribe frustrated MKO Abiolas victory and was part of those Abacha used to trash the victory.
In all these, wetin southwest do una?
It's good to know the source of a problem whether it's spiritual or whatever!
Have you ever heard Yorubas fighting or killing Igbos like the way Hausa/Fulanis kill Igbos or Yorubas?
So who's your enemy?
A woman is lecturing you. If you knew all these before, why are you pained?
Enjoy the fruit of past deeds na.
Politics › Re: Prominent Nigerians Who Aren't Igbos Speak Up Against Igbo Hatred In Nigeria - V by DMerciful(m): 5:22pm On Jun 04, 2023
You're hiding behind a finger. The love the ethnic group that has killed every other wthnic groups in Nigeria but hate Igbos that kills no one. In your wisdom, you say insults(its mutual insults btw) is far more severe than killing.
This is what hate does, when you hate someone, you overreact to little things
sreamsense:
The thread here is about igbos and not fulani, you can open another thread about Fulani so we can come there to contribute. So, follow what I told you in this thread and you will see that nobody hates you; you sow the seed of hatred yourself and when it bears bountiful hatred-filled harvests, you begin to complain and lament forgotten you sow the seed

Arrewa

You're hiding behind a finger! Before election, you became anti-Yoruba because you thought Atiku would win. Now INEC fraudulently made Tinubu president and you feel the only way to warm your heart back to your Yoruba allies is to start attacking Igbos.

You talk of IPOB(we don't hold briefs for them) but you're ignoring the Fulanis and bandits that have killed over 63,000 Nigerians in the past 8yrs under a Fulani president.

This is just shamelessness in its purest form
If you don't have any remorse for what your kinsmen have done, know that there'd be retribution and atonement, before there can be restoration! You guys have got it coming alright!
Politics › Re: Prominent Nigerians Who Aren't Igbos Speak Up Against Igbo Hatred In Nigeria - V by DMerciful(m): 4:43pm On Jun 04, 2023
But you have no issue with Fulanis killing across Nigeria?
sreamsense:
Nobody hates Igbos, Igbos causes what looks like hatred themselves. If Nigeria hates Igbos, what of south Africa, Ghana, Bangladish, India and many others countries that igbos have polluted and developed through crimes of different degrees. When you carry illegal drugs to another countries to kill their citizens because you want to be rich. It means, Igbos have planted hatred for themselves and reap from what they planted. When you go to another person's land, instead of you to obey their simple rules and regulations; you begin to play you are smarter than them because they allow you to prosper in their land.

All of a sudden, you start quoting law ignorantly for your hosts to support your brainless waywardness, thereby; sowing hatred for yourselves. Once Igbos takes away arrogance, crime and jeaulosy, they will find out that nobody hates them; people only hate criminal mindedness and empty chest beating. Igbos plant hatred by not calling their criminally and unrulely minded people among them to order. So, when they reap what they sow, they say people hate them which is not true. Instead, they hate themselves and always blind to the truth
