There are claims that fresh monkey brains are a delicacy in China and Malaysia. It is said that the head of the unfortunate monkey is split open and the brain is eaten straight from the skull. These claims have not been confirmed, but it could have happened in the past—and possibly still occurs today.
However, we know that cooked monkey brains are eaten in countries in the Far East.
There is this girl i meet in while leaving school, I love her so much but after a while i discovered when we sleep together in the room i will see fresh human blood stain on the floor. Most times two drop of blood stains. I ask her she said she never knew how it got there.
Leta she pointed accusing fingers to almost every one sharing the apartment with us so we started praying hoping that God will interven. When she left all blood stop, of recent i invited her again then it continued, I told her i won't continue with the relationship again. She started accusing me of being responsible or I know something about this blood stain. She cried all through the night and slept out side
This blood stains drop around 10:30pm to 12pm that's what I noticed, I have seen her trying to check if am asleep by touching at some point. I have seen her looking at me at middle of night ( when got up flash touch saw fresh blood blood)
Each night if I wake her to see it.. After discussing she will just open her leg for all night sex (she gives me sex to forget all about that) Before i sleep I will make sure i check every where, use net to sleep, mob the tiles, Check around for clues
But if am awake through the night no blood stains will occur. This blood stain is bigger than 3 mosquitoes combine, so I have ruled out the possibility of that It appears in same spot,at times on my power bank. Most times if I woke up to clean first blood... Another fresh ones drops before morning

Asked him about it and he says yes its his but its not up and running yet (like thats why I was mad at him rather than because he set ghis up without even telling me). I was looking at some photos on his site and I came across a poster laying out the days events for his fathers funeral. At the foot of the poster it says 'by [his name but different surname] on behalf of the family. Now, this new surname is the same as his fathers so I believe it to be his true name. Asked him about it and he says that his surname is different to the rest of his family because he chose to take his paternal grandfathers name. I assume his father should also bear the grandfathers name? He just keeps telling me that I don't understand Nigerian customs/traditions but now the word 'scammed' keeps popping into my head. A simple yes or no would be enough - is it usual for a man to NOT take his fathers name? Thanks in advance.
well it depends,some of us in Nigeria do that not because of scam but because of the meanings and the effects of the names in our lifes.or may be he did that to get visa after many application with the old name.u may also be right "scam"

I'm serious. Something similar has happened to me before too. When I got tired I started living my life like d prophesy was just a lie. Before I knew it, when I did a recheck of my life, I realized d prophesy actually came to pass.

14Ebisco: The Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) has announced that international passport will no longer be issued to those who do not have national identity card number.
The NIS comptroller general, Mohammed Babandede, disclosed this on Tuesday at the opening ceremony of the 4th annual meeting of the ID4Africa movement hosted by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
According to Babandede, the development was part of the efforts to streamline the databases of all government institutions and agencies.
He said the streamlining was crucial and not just for security reasons, but also to aid economic and social planning.
He said, “Based on the president’s directive, we have committed to linking up with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) to ensure that henceforth, when filling your passport details, you must produce your NIN number.
“We have also provided office space for NIMC in all our establishments nationwide. We are glad to also invite NIMC to all our foreign missions.”
According to him, through constant reforms, the immigration service has eliminated the era of multiple passport owners in the country.”
“In the past, when you buy food in restaurants abroad you will lose your passport and get another one. But today we have a single database; we are in 87 locations, including our 37 foreign missions,” he said.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Osagie had appeared before the committee set up by the institution’s authorities in company with her counsel.
Osagie, a postgraduate student in the Masters of Business programme, had released a recorded telephone conversation, which went viral, in which the lecturer identified as Akindele, allegedly demanded sex for marks.
The committee, which held its session at the Pro -Chancellor’s Lodge on the campus, allowed only Osagie and her counsel into the venue.
Journalists, students and some members of the National Human Right Commission who came to witness the sitting were not allowed into the venue by security personnel of the institution who manned the entrance.
Akinyode-Afolabi, who spoke with newsmen after the closed door session which lasted for more than seven hours, said Osagie told the panel that she passed the course but was later failed by the don because of her refusal to sleep with him.
She said that Osagie narrated in details what transpired between her and the don, adding that lawyers present at the meeting were not allowed to make any contribution.
Akinyode-Afolabi, who is the Executive Director for Human Advocate Research and Documentation Centre, Abuja, said that Osagie also informed the panel that she recorded the conversation between her and the professor as evidence.
She said Osagie also informed the panel that she reported the sexual harassment by the don to some lecturers in the university, adding that no action was taken by them.
Akinyode-Afolabi said some lawyers who represented the lecturers who Osagie claimed she reported the case to also appeared before the panel.
She said that Osagie also told the panel that she did not score 33 per cent as alleged but was failed so that she could bow to the sexual demand of the don.
Akinyode-Afolabi said she was optimistic that the outcome of the panel would serve as a lesson to other lecturers who also engage in such acts. She, however, urged the panel to ensure that justice prevailed on the issue so as to maintain the integrity of the institution.
Akinyode-Afolabi, who did not allow Osagie to talk to newsmen, said her client would always be available to give evidence whenever she was called upon.
Members of the panel did not also speak with newsmen after the meeting.

CastedDude: Pictures of a young girl and her malformed baby have been trending online due to obvious reason. According to a Facebook user who shared the photos and didn't disclose where it happened, the girl gave birth to a ''monster'' as a question was asked what could have caused such deformity.
While some think the birth has to do with something spiritual, others have argued online that this is a medical condition.
A Facebook user, Smart Believe wrote; The baby is not a monster... it's a hereditary deficiency passed down by generational parents who both have the blood cell to trigger this birth...its an over growth of skin,like excess skin growth where a new skin generates always. It's difficult to handle such children cuz they are prone to infection if not properly taken care of...

bhlesingglory: Good pm Nairalanders, My friends and I were in an argument about the issue of abortion. Some were of the opinion that it should be legalized while some were against it. Personally, I think we all should look beyond the religious views on this and so be factual about it. In Nigeria, abortion is illegal but it hasn't stopped ladies from getting their pregnancy aborted, that so, from quacks. This,most times leads to several complications and even death.
So Nairalanders, i want to know your takes on this issue.
