Since you don't want t read, let me help you with the summary.
1.) The rapist was sent to jail in the US for a crime he committed. From prison, he got a phone, opened a thread on nairaland and tried to gain sympathy by telling lies. He claimed he didn't rape the girl and that he was framed because he is black. People felt pity for him. A lot of people volunteered to help him including the Op of this thread( Chartinet).

2.) Chartinet created this thread to help him but when the evidences were presented, the smart people on this thread analysed it, did some investigations and discovered that the Rapist was telling lies. There were a lot of inconsistencies in his story so they dug deeper.

3.) Through further digging, it was discovered that the Rapist committed a similar crime in Japan. He was arrested, he pleaded with them to deport him to Nigeria. His request was granted and he was deported to Nigeria.

4.) He travelled to the US and raped a BLACK girl(a minor). Cctv showed him chasing the girl. He raped the girl, went to the laundry room and changed his shorts. He thought he could get away with it(He thought the US police was like Nigerian Police that won't do investigation). He was arrested, swab test was done and his DNA match was found in the girls mouth and the girl's privates.

5.) He was taken to court with a Black Judge and Black jury. He was not remorseful after pleading guilty. He told the judge to send him back to Nigeria to serve his sentence(same thing he did in Japan). The smart judge could read through him so he was given a harsh sentence.

For him to have the boldness to do that in Japan and in the US, do you know all the atrocities he would have committed in Nigeria. Do you know the number of ladies he would have ruined their lives and gotten away with it because he is Rich.

We really suffered for years when a Mountain of Fire church decided to relocate to my street. We don't sleep Friday night. They start around 10pm and finish by 4am.
They have weekly service Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
They will play music for 2hours before they start their service. They had 3 loudspeakers outside their building, so everyone in the street was affected.
Our saving grace was a lawyer who took them to court. They had to pack out of our area. It was a really serious issue cos even the landlord who rented the space to them was taken to court too. The landlord sold his house and the space and relocated to another place when the trouble was too much.

Here is the story. I rented a shop I am still nurturing. I haven't made money in the said shop compaire to money I keep spending for maintainance. Only hoping one day everything will get better if not I will have to pack out.

Now my landlord called me to discuss some important issue which I obliged.

He told me he is trying to get a loan from Lapo Microfinance Firm. And they required two guarantor with operating business like shop which they will come to visit and make confirmation which the guarantor will agree and confirm to have sign the document.

He said he already told them that he has land and document for Collateral. Which they refuse as they only want a business premises. He said he doesn't want people to know that he want to collect the loan and the loan is for business purposes. Because of the talk and the news will spread that he is collecting loan. He said because I am calm and matures that why he is telling me. Those kind thing and I should help him I have nothing to fear or worry.

He said he will be servicing the loan every week for 6 months and he was sure of paying as it's just half a million. He was so confident of paying it. Of which I know he cannot run away because of half a million.

But I don't just understand the implications of such loan. What if he failed to service the loan will th loan firm come for me? I was just thinking it will be only if he run away that when they will come for me because I don't understand this Microfinance loan.

I need advice as I need to see in less that 24 hours time

Your landlord came to meet you because you are a too gentle and he knows you will agree to it.
I hope you know the implication of standing as a guarantor for a loan. If the person refuses to pay back, you will be held responsible for it.
If you agree to do it, just brace yourself up to start paying the loan because I am 100% sure your landlord will default.
