PDP has been accusing INEC of bias since they lost grip of power. Despite repeated assurances by INEC to all that elections will be free and fair, PDP has continuously heated the polity. Somehow this is not surprising, because they did a u turn to rubbish an election they conducted in 2015. INEC must continue to defend itself. |

INEC said the position of PDP did not represent the general opinion of Nigerians...(that) the allegation has become the familiar song by the party, which Nigerians were tired of hearing “If you are a student...and you don’t have confidence in the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), then you don’t have any business sitting for the examination. You can go to Ghana, Sierra Leone or the Sudan to sit for an equivalent examination. INEC’s Director, Voter Education and Publicity (VEP), Oluwole Osaze-Uzzi, said that there is no country that allows international observers in its situation room. INEC has woken up from its gentleman's slumber. Hmmmm, several threads have been done on this issue including one based solely on Atiku's accounts of the saga https://www.nairaland.com/4932228/53-suitcases-owned-norther-ruler/2#74316430 It has been proved beyond reasonable doubt that Atiku had never accused PMB of being the one responsible for ordering the clearance of the suitcases prior to this period.. In fact he wasn't on duty at the airport on that day and so had no idea of the contents. The custom staff on duty didnt even open the said suitcases. Enough said on this issue. 7 Likes 1 Share |
