If a soul is holy, does it need to be cleansed again?

Also, if you say the holy soul will be cleansed again by some other means, are you trying to say that the blood of Jesus Christ is not sufficient for cleansing a soul from sin?
Christianity Etc › Re: Purgatory....Real Or Fairytale? {updated} by DoctorAlien(m): 11:41pm On May 12, 2016
If purgatory exists, who goes there?

When do they go there?

If you say it is a place where people with "lesser" sins are purified for Heaven, what scale is used in measuring the gravity of sins?

If some persons are given a chance to purify themselves after living a life of sin on earth while others do not get the chance to do so, is there equity in it?

Explain purgatory in relation to Ezek. 18:20 "The soul that sinneth, it shall die..."

The false goddess was calledqueen of Heaven, but Mary is the true Queen of Heaven, for her son Jesus is the King of Kings who reigns in heaven. The fact that it was used for a goddess did not make it unsuitable for Mary.
1. Show me where the Bible says that Heaven, where GOD dwells, has a queen.

2. Show me where it is stated in the Bible that Mary is ruling in Heaven as a queen.

3. When Jesus was introduced in Matt. 3:17; 17:5, was He introduced as the son of Mary or as the son of GOD?

4. Show me a single place in the Bible where Jesus referred to Mary as His mother.

5. Show me where the Bible explicitly encourages us to venerate Mary.

6. "I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images" Isa. 42:8.
Explain this verse in relation to your choice of giving GOD's glory to Mary.

If the Bible is not to be taught in the church of GOD, what is to be taught? The commandments of men? sad The same reason Jesus rebuked the Pharisees?

"All scripture is given by the inspiration of GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" 2 Tim 3:16.

The commandments and catechisms of men are not profitable for doctrine, neither are they profitable for instruction in righteousness.

"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of GOD." Matt. 4:4
It did not say "out of the mouth of the pope" or "out of the mouth of man."

Read your Bible and practise only your Bible, for your own good!

A lot of assumptions here; tell us why we must read the bible.
How do you know the books of the bible are inspired scripture?

Who wrote the book of Matthew and Acts?

What gives you the assurance that your assumptions are correct?
Even if you refuse to believe that the Bible is GOD's inspired word, you will surely believe history's attestation to the correctness and truthfulness of the Bible.

The prophecies in the Bible about kingdoms and cities like Tyre, Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome have come to pass EXACTLY as it was fortold.

The first and 2nd destruction of Jerusalem happened as they were foretold in the Bible.

The massacre of millions of GOD's people by the catholic church in the dark ages was foretold by the Bible. The deposition of the pope in 1798 by Napoleon and his restoration to power was exactly foretold by the Bible.

The mark of the antichrist will soon be in full effect.

Plenty of reasons to trust the Bible as GOD's word.

The Gospel according to Matthew was written by Matthew(a.k.a Levi), the tax collector whom Jesus called to be His disciple. The book of the Acts of the Apostles was written by Luke, who accompanied Paul on most of his missionary journeys.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of GOD, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" 2 Tim 3:16

You should read the Bible because it's GOD's word. "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of GOD." Matt. 4:4

Moreover, search and see that all the Bible foretold would happen at their due time has happened, is happening and will happen as it is recorded in the Bible.

It's about time you started reading your Bible for yourself and begged GOD for insight into His word.

When Jesus comes back, believe me: many will be disappointed. They think they will be granted access into Heaven because their church has large membership.

"...Wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth into destruction, and many there be which go in thereat" Matt 7:13

The only church GOD recognises is the church that lives strictly by the Bible, and not the commandments of men.

Surely, ceremonies and pompous rites may appear fascinating, but you are to look deeper and see if your church is obeying GOD or whether she is worshipping a mere mortal, called "the holy father".

Learn a lesson from the early Berean Christians: "These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so" Act 17:11

Read the Bible and practise only the Bible, trusting in GOD wholeheartedly!

3. Occult do prayer of ENCHANTMENT (Repitation of words over and over again)
"But when ye pray, do not use vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking."Matt. 6:7

Catholics chant vain and lifeless repetitions to dead people, clearly neglecting the directions Jesus gave for prayer.

The Catholic church claims descent from the early apostolic church, but you can hardly recognise in them a group worthy to be called GOD's church when you compare their doctrines with the Bible.

"Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and the profane, neither have they shewed difference between the clean and the unclean...and I am profaned among them"Ezek 22:26

None of the teachings of the Catholic church today have their bases in the Bible. From the (supposed)celibacy of their priests to the worshipping of dead people.

Most protestants think praying is the same thing as worship. They are wrong. In Catholicism worship refers only to liturgical and paraliturgical acts, that is Holy Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, the Liturgy of the Hours, Benediction etc. Praying before a statue or icon of the Virgin Mary, St Joseph or any other saint is not worship. It is intercessory prayer. Below are pictures of what constitutes Catholic worship.
You fill your worship places with all forms of idols and graven images, expressly ignoring GOD's 2nd commandment. You practice all forms of polluted ordinances that have their origin in paganism.

The catholic church distorted the word of GOD so much, leading millions of souls to perdition. You hide the Word of GOD from people and teach them worthless commandments of men.

You cause people to commit spiritual fornication. You can hardly see a Catholic praying to GOD. They are either praying to one dead person or the other.

Read your Bible! Flee idolatry!

If praying is not worship, what is it? Do you realise that who you pray to is who you serve? You choose Mary(who is not even in Heaven) as your intercessor, rejecting Christ who is at the right hand of GOD.

We have only one intercessor: Jesus Christ. (1Jn 2:1-2).

Tell me, who authorised you to pray to Mary? Are you blind that you can't see that praying to anything that is not GOD is idolatry? Is Mary GOD?

Did Paul, Peter, James, John, or any of the disciples pray to Mary? You pray to Mary for salvation: is Mary's name given for the salvation of men?

You just displayed how totally ignorant you are of not only Catholic but Christian doctrine. When John Paul 2 or any Catholic says the Virgin Mary has saved him, he means by her intercessory prayers to her Son. Read up on what the Communion of Saints means and perhaps you would understand better. Anyway I would like to hear you condemn St Paul for saying the following:

To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some.
So Mary is the channel through which prayers are sent to Christ? Show me any Bible verse that says so.

Meanwhile, who even told you Mary is in Heaven? Can you show me any Biblical text that says Mary is in Heaven interceding for people?

You had better start reading your Bible and stop practicing idolatry.

If the false goddess is the queen of your heaven, then you are right to have issues with catholics giving mary that title -- a title catholics deduce from Rev 12.

1 And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon was under her feet, and on her head was a crown of twelve stars.
2 And being with child, she cried out while giving birth, and she was suffering in order to give birth.

5 And she brought forth a male child, who was soon to rule all the nations with an iron rod. And her son was taken up to God and to his throne.
LOL. You quoted only the verse you think supports your lie. Why didn't you quote the whole of Rev. 12?

Questions - If Rev. 12 is talking about Mary:

Did Mary have the sun as her cloth and the moon under her feet?

Was Mary fed in the wilderness for 1260 days?

Did any dragon persecute Mary?

Who are the remnants of Mary who the dragon went to persecute?

I weep at the level of corruption and pollution Christianity is wallowing in. The beautiful religion which Christ committed to His disciples in its most innocent and purest form has been tainted and marred beyond recognition by Satan.

First of all, honor does not belong to Mary: it belongs to GOD alone.(Rev. 4:11)

Jesus never asked us to pray by any name other than His, neither did He ask us to beg others to intercede for us. What! Do you realise that you reject Christ as your intercessor with GOD when you choose Mary?(1Jn 2:1)

By the way, Mary was not the reason why Jesus turned water into wine at Cana. To suggest that Mary dictated to Christ when to work miracles is a terrible fallacy.
