"With man it's impossible but with God all things are possible"
That quote says it all.
Man is incapable of keeping Gods law. its only God that can uphold His law.
Don't you ever wonder why Adam can't uphold just one moral law/command given to him by God?.(don't eat this fruit but every other fruits are yours to eat)
Though he's sinless there's nothing Holy in him to uphold that command/law.because all Gods laws are Holy(So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous and good.Romans7:12)
Jesus kept the law perfectly when He was on earth as a man. Through His grace and help, you can keep GOD's law.

Don't get me wrong: righteousness is not obtained by works. You cannot gain access to Heaven based on how much you try to keep the law by your own strength. The righteousness that will take us to Heaven is the righteousness of Christ imputed to us.

We keep the law because we have been saved. See Matt. 3:8

LOL. What does it mean to be holy? It means being sinless! You contradict yourself.

You see, that was actually the first charge the Satan brought against GOD in Heaven-that His law is impossible to keep. After Satan's banishment from Heaven, he has kept on publishing the lie that it is impossible to keep GOD's law.

My dear, it is very much possible to keep GOD's law-with His help. We can't do it on our own, but with His help we can.
Christianity Etc › Re: Pls Help With Some Clarifications On That Portion Of The Bible II Kings 2 23-24 by DoctorAlien(m): 5:43pm On May 01, 2016
Surely, those 42 children had manifested rude and insolent attitude at home to their parents, but they failed to correct their children. Had the 10 commandments been repeated regularly to those children, they would have known that the 5th commandment forbids disrespect to elders. The children grew hardened in insolence until they had the guts to insult a prophet of GOD. Moreover, if they had been running errands for their parents, they wouldn't have had the time to insult anybody. Jesus did not insult anybody as a child in Nazareth.

Concerning the curse Elisha gave the children:
GOD commanded us to respect and honour our parents and elders because He knows that whatever they pronounce on us if we wrong them will come to pass. Noah cursed his son Ham because he did wrong.

One could argue that the 42 were little children and so did not know what they were doing, but that argument will be effectively answered with the question "Did the whole little children in the city join in insulting the prophet of GOD"?
Christianity Etc › Re: Pls Help With Some Clarifications On That Portion Of The Bible II Kings 2 23-24 by DoctorAlien(m): 5:29pm On May 01, 2016
Compare this with 1 Chron. 13:6-10.

What conclusion do you draw from that? Is GOD a terrible, unforgiving, unmericful Father who is always looking for the slightest opportunity to punish us? Certainly not! He is actually the opposite of these.

Now, concerning 2 Kings 2:23-24, one could argue that the punishment meted out to the children was harsh and inconsiderate, but then, were the children guiltless? No, they weren't. They insulted and degraded a prophet of GOD. It is actually a terrible sin to disrespect one's parents or elders. (See the fith commandment).

Appropriate blame could be apportioned to the parents of the children who did not teach them the way of the LORD and did not raise them up to respect their elders. Certainly, there were other children in the city, apart from the 42, who did not join in mocking the prophet of GOD. Those ones were taught to respect their parents and their elders.

It is worthy of note too that the incident befell the children because Elisha cursed them.

So which aspect of the law did Jesus tell the rich man to keep?
New International Version
When Jesus heard this, he said to him, "You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me." Luke18:22

Right! Op has talked excessively on love and even ascribed a law, "law of love" to it. Yet, he doesn't understand a thing about the said subject!

Indeed, love is one of the most trumpeted subject around the world, by both religious and political leaders, yet you find love nowhere! Why? Because the knowledge of the subject and its origin has been rejected!

Observe which/how many law?
There are over 300 laws in the OT.how many do we even know?better still how can you observe what you don't know or understand?knowing fully well that if you broke one you are guilty of all.....For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.James2:10
There are two sets of laws in the old testament: the moral law (the decalogue or the 10 Commandments) and the ceremonial laws(which are over 600). They were never confused one for the other. They were even kept separate in the ark of the covenant. (See Exod. 25:16; Deut. 31:9, 24-26).

The ceremonial laws included sacrificial killings, washings and many other rites which pointed to the great antitype, Jesus Christ, and as such were done away with at His death.

However, GOD still requires obedience to the 10 Commandments from Christians.

Yeah bro. You see, Apostle Paul actually talked of the "...spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience", EPHESIANS 2:2. Truly, this spirit is really at work!

Fine! We're free from the Law. Then lets kill, steal, fornicate, commit adultery, worship any god of our choice, etc. After all, hasn't the Law been done away, and we, freed from its penalty? Isn't the Law not binding any more? What delusion!

Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ wrote, "For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a LICENSE for unrighteousness and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord", JUDE 1:4. Indeed, these ungodly people have turned the grace of God into a license to break the Law.
Exactly bro! Suffice it to say that the accuracy with which Jude mirrors the activities of these false preachers is striking.

Pray for the delusional mind! How can a supposed Christian say there's no more sin? Because saying that the Law has been done away, it therefore mean that there's no more sin! "For where there's no Law, sin is not imputed!"
It is really disheartening that a lot of false and misleading doctrines are now being preached today. Satan and his evil agents are really working tirelessly, trying to lead men into disobedience to GOD's law.

I indeed pray that the Holy Spirit will enlighten him to recognise and accept the truth so clearly expressed in the word of GOD.

That's same thing with what I said; that sin is a trespass against some set of rules and standard.

Transgression is ONLY considered when there is law.

Now, I have given verses to prove that Jesus abolished the law. That's why paul said that sin is not imputed on a man when there is no law!

Rom 5:13;"13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is NOT IMPUTED when there is no law."

Anybody who believes in jesus, his eternal sins shall be forgiven and justified by the death of christ.
His sins shall God remember no more because it is not be imputed on him.
Is there no more law?

Also, what you mean by "eternal sins"?

You are now talking about conscience as a moral principle of the law!

Please, quote any scripture to back it up!

Don't use fake imaginations to judge the bible!

What ever you make call law; all the bible says is that it is abolished. And I gave you biblical proofs, so if you can't give biblical proofs, then your points may be flawed.

You have any problem with that?

Remember paul said, if he the law didn't say thou shall not covet, he wouldn't have know what lust is.
And he went on to say that in the law lies the knowledge and power of sin. Read it in Rom 7

Sin means trespass over a set of rules and standard.

So, as Christians, we should not even try to abstain from sin?

To think that man can explain or search out the nature of GOD is to say that a bucket can contain all the water in the pacific ocean.

"Bring me a worm that can comprehend a man, and I will bring you a man that can comprehend the triune GOD" -John Wesley

"Canst thou by searching find out GOD? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? It is as high as the heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know?" Job 11:7,8

"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts" Isa. 55:9

You cannot dispute the Trinity just because your finite mind cannot comprehend it.

Rev 3:12
King James 2000 Bible (©2003)
He that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

This should be here. Very important.
Jesus calling the Father His GOD does not in anyway mean He is not GOD. (See Phil. 2:6). GOD the Father, GOD the Son (Jesus) and GOD the Holy Spirit make up the Trinity. They are worshipped and glorified together. They are co-eternal, co-omnipotent, co-omniscient and co-omnipresent.

Yet, there are not three GODs: There is one GOD.(See 1 Jn.5:7) This is a mystery which flesh cannot understand.
