I am sorry if that came across wrong. Personally, I would've ignored those tribal comments, especially as they were an indirect dig at Igbos. Btw, I also challenged one Yoruba for making a tribal specific comments.

Genuinely, I am not jealous. I prefer if people of Akwa ibom are living in luxury than when one politician is. You will see from my past comments that I am simply fighting for my fellow citizens. This includes; the unpaid workers, unemployed youth and so on.
I will rather we unite and fight corrupt leaders than defend poltician. Think of it this way, I prefer if you are a millionaire than a corrupt politician.

Osun state has 4.2million people with 197 billion naira yearly budget, while Akwa ibom has 4.8mill people with a budget of 496 billion naira.
Now the workers haven't been paid just like in osun while akwa ibom has one of the highest unemployment in the country(More than Osun).
Tell me, how can you make sense of this with the biggest budget and one of the best per capita.
If you think this is acceptable then it's fine, but I think it's time we should start fighting for our rights.
If he was doing all these things with Osun's budget then I will call him the best governor in the world

This is too true.... It's the same in every states. God please give my fellow Nigerian brains, because they scare me sometimes. I remember someone saying she will vote for a certain governor because he tiled her home town road, despite not doing much for the states. The expectations are just too low and people don't seem to know their right.

That's just heartbreaking. The rivalry has brought out ugly hatreds from both sides. One person called me a bastard and told me I am not better than a goat just because my Mum married a Yoruba. Yorubas too are just as bad if you criticise their behaviour toward Igbos.
How I wish both side can sit down, be logical and constructive for the best of both parties.

Yorubas were never this tribalistic, what happened? Yorubas are one of the most friendly and accommodating people in Africa. Some of the comments here is now making me think otherwise. My dad and most peoole I know are not like this. I hope they are not the odd one.

Imo state for instance cannot plan using Akwa ibom's gigantic budget so the wedding analogy doesn't make a lot of sense here.
For their budget to be that high, it means the money is coming from somewhere. Hence they are the richest.
Most of Lagos state revenues goes back to the federal government, so I reject they are richer than Akwa ibom's.
Akwa ibom budget is 492 billion naira for 4.8 mill peolle. Compared this to Lagos 489 billion naira for 20 plus million people

Lagos IGR is greater than The FG allocation to Akwa Ibom.

It is very easy to know the richest based on their budget. They both have similar budget, so that should tell you everything you need to know. With the population of Akwa Ibom, he shouldn't even be owning workers their salaries begin with.
