easimoni:
Does anyone have the GDR prospectus? How different is the FCMB GDR to Diamond's GDR. |
bigjay01:Thanks Roughcut @Bigjay, has FBN listed the additional shares? @All Anyone watching ABC been gaining consistent for past 3 days, any news? |
Anyone seen today' result? |
FatherOF2:I don talk am say LSE, Dow Jones don land NSE. And now Societe General plus including the additional addition(s) of N40mil guy ![]() Everybody wan grabdaloot on NSE, you are all welcome to the party. |
yodiyokun:My Theory LSE and DOW money don land for NSE o, insurance speculators wan double their money by fire, by mopping. |
dollarmani:Not only you it is the days of Sugar on NSE. I am going home on a green note. Question Why is half of the insurance companies coming to market at a time when people's money are tied between the elephant and the Ocean. ololufemi:@Ololufemi I am sure it's more like you confused you want to hammer big time once and for all ![]() |
tboy1:ECOBANK - STERLNBANK - It is a tough market to prove their worth, don't know what the banks above have been up to or if they can step up game. INTERCONT - Just not a bank I will buy OCEANIC - Ok if you are a long termer FIRST BANK - Ok if you are a long termer P.S - I am more a long termer, sure the likes of pumping & easimoni can supply numbers and stuff While Wendy & Wanjao will give you the inside gist of what goes on behind the bedroom |
tboy1:Of course Skyebank is a good buy, whether you can get them is another matter. If your broker can get you some let me know. Which banks do you have in your portfolio. |
Any one got today's market view |
kc08:Bros read the last 10 pages of this thread, you will find more than enough tips Unic Lasaco Mutual Benefit Law Union Be careful of Tech Suspension unless you are ready to wait Chellarams C and I leasing - wait a bit Seems you are limited to Insurance anyway with your 4-9 naira range. Look before you leap, happy investing |
eniyanman:It depends on how much you want to send to them, I think you only need it if it is over £8k or £10k. You need to get this from the Customs side of your abode. Easier route send money via western union and get one of your folks in nigeria to go and pay the money to them. The CIC is a long process. |
@Lawyer Shuo all this energy just to prove you are IN CONTROL, dayum talk about overcompesating Walahi if after all this sermon it turns out you are not Gani Fawehinmi you should go and fast and pray for 40 days mehn. Better still use all that essay writing technique to further your education. Maybe then you will get a job at the Magisterate court. |
wanaj0:Young shall grow, that is all i will say, all of me that only got the sit to the bathroom, land us safely Wanjao. Anywayz I know you are not a bomber so I fit sleep. Is there any indication Unic will be going on T.S soon. |
frankiriri:@Frank Eh ya, so sorry to hear that, God will comfort you and the family. |
ACL:Read the post from @drdaniel above. Most insurance companies will go to the market for PO. Give your friend the info and tell her there is a high likelihood the stock may go on suspension if she gets jittery then she can sell LASACO. If she wants to wait then you have no wahala. @ALL Picture this 50% of insurance companies goes on technical suspension, everybody is singing that Insurance will double this year even the most unlikely person told me this yesterday. Personally I don't see any value in insurance companies at the moment except that you get more units with 100 naira. Shine your eye and take strategic entry and exit positions. INSURANCE WILL ROCK THIS YEAR. |
The engine of PHB has been loosing steam for a while now ke, it's not helped by the Tribune / no Tribune news. Although I am not on board sha, my stubborness no fit gree me board that plane. |
The Tribune news sounds very much like farce, I mean does that mean banks that have bought other banks will defragment or what. I see everybody dey dish advice to the 40m naira guy, again it goes to show that MONEY TALKS. @WANJAY carry on, it looks like you also have enough knowledge of the market. You are a good friend indeed many will not bother to advice their friends like tha. The blood flow today is another man's opportunity to buy. Does anybody know if the FCMB shares have been added. pumping777:Now we are talking, eeguun of NSE has landed ![]() |
Mariwo:okay o, so Mariwo = Pumping, next we will now be seeing eeguun .Lovers of DSR allow me pass before you start name dropping here o. |
For guys wanting to know which insurance companies are likely to be coming out with PO, see below (got info from cashcraft) "As a result, a number of the underwriting companies has concluded arrangements perhaps awaiting regulatory approval to launch out before the end of the first quarter of this year. In the league include Niger Insurance Plc, AIICO Insurance Plc; Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, Linkage Assurance Plc among others." Naijadr:Don't start inciting them yet, they still need to prove their service especially in terms of daily price reliability. Don't know why they should charge anyway there are many free sites like that for other countries markets. Revenue should come from the companies advertising with them. |
@Akptogun, I see your questions have been answered about LSE. There is also the options of CFD or Spreadbetting (margin trading) but of course LSE is a bit of unstable ground for now. If you have the right info on LSE there are veeryy decent gains to be made, not as mad as NSE but decent all the same. Na wa o 40m @ 21% add the 5% for the buying and selling, you need the minimum of 40% profit. |
So which site has the correct price today o |
crazyT:HALLELUYAH |
efuah:Of course they do. Their way of expressing it is just different. dakmanzero:It goes both ways Generally the human race today are lovers of themselves so we can't point fingers |
wanaj0:Ditto. Moreso for someone who is not on ground like moi aktopgun:Can only say someone knows something. If someone that does not know the something or validity jumps on board it is called speculative buying which often has high rewards but may also have high loss. |
wanaj0:Since when did you start using parachue or are you now a bomber ![]() |
Ben0524:1. Check the prospectus, date is usually there. 2. Nothing is certain on NSE, so decide if you have made enough profit, if yes sell, if not risk it and wait you may make more. 3. You can wait till next week but don't be caught unawares. Again Sell if you made enough profit "No one knows the hour or date it will go on technical suspension". 4. "No one knows the hour or the date they will go to the market" Unless a company announces or you are an insider, no one ever knows when any stock is going to the market (most often you hear the rumour sha). Keep your ears to the ground, read proshare, nigeria securities e.t.c and ask your broker to be on the lookout (if he/she is reliable). |
FatherOF2:She go saaaaaaaaaayyyyyy, she go saaaaaay I be LADY O (Insert Fela tune). Meanwhile let me get serious, I am suppose to analysing |
windywendy:He sold some @ profit so , wish I had sold all off , shuo you mean it will hit N2 , well no shakin etcetraPUMPING AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK |
windywendy:You sure that single individual is not FO2 ![]() |
Ok keep on seeing like I said, I don siddon on board before both of you saw whatever you saw .So hop on and take aisle seat, cos the window seat is already occupied. - lol |
pumping777:On what basis, just curious (p.s already I am already on board) |
bigjay01:True Words, once you are geared up for the wait. If Afriinvest report is anything to go by, Wema may be swallowed up. But if you already have a fat profit try selling @ market price from the day the tech suspension is lifted. It's a long shot but you can try. |

These issues has turned me to one of the silent readers.
, shuo you mean it will hit N2
, well no shakin
