Thanks my bigja01, YOU SURE HAVE A GREAT MIND. Nothing sweep pass FORGIVENESS!!!!

A friend who both the NASCON "offer" at N22 and Dangote Sugar at N53 has vowed not to want to hear any DANG not to mention OTE grin

Anyways, so far in world record, NSE has the reputation of making a sane decision insane. When Evans Medical dropped due to its woeful result, some entered and have in less than 6 months recorded some percentage gains! Those who entered Dangote Sugar which has a universal recommendation are still licking their wounds if not for the 40k, 40k they receive quarterly for iodine or plaster tongue As for Guinness, with all its majestic PE and other multipliers multiples, the dance has been in the same circle since my wife took in and delivered grin In all of this Afroil whom I do not even know if it has management not to talk of quarterly reports has started turning out millionaires again.

So which is best? Technical Analysts views, Fundamental Analysts views or Commonsensershuhhuh?

A few who have made millions from Capoil do not even know where their head office is located, if they have one. Among the 7 things I love is NSE and its behaviour!!!!! I know many have even more interesting experiences cheesy
Analysis paralysis like someone will say.

I think some common O'level economics of Demand and Supply of understanding demand and supply plus intution is needed for NSE.

You should guide your intuition with a bit of Tech Anal so you don't become a STAR GAZER looser.

I do a lot of against herd mentality and can say I have made some small gains on LSE and NSE using my own way.

As e.g. I bought FCMB @N8 just because I liked their website,
Ok not really, also googled them up, read all the news and watched price for a while. Intuitively decided to buy because everybody was shouting oceanic.

Nearly bought some NASCON but decided against it because everyone on the thread was going to buy.

Even the never mentioned First Inland made me smile comfortably cheesy

Where I come from they say "We can't all sleep facing the same direction".

Chrysler: What i enjoy most most about being single?, uhmmm, i say it is the best life a man can ever live, a life free of maga display or mugun display such as:

1.Buy me recharge card and after u buy them they still give u missed call for the guy to call them back and  then we call them back, they tell us the recharge card went through

2.Can you give me some money for me to travel to see my relatives and when we give them, they end up going to another man and since that p***y they got doesn`t read metre nw, u don`t know and you ve already paid the money of "omogo"

3.Too numerous to mention

As long as you re in relationship with a girl,u got no choice at one point in time be a mugun and you remember Bryan Adams saying he is a fool for Diana Ross and he says he doesn`t mind (Endless Love Song), This is one reason why i like all these old artists, they speak facts.

So guys, as long as you want to enjoy relationship with a girl, enjoy being mugun at certain points in time but you don`t go through all these shits if u re single me
@Chrysler you cracking me up here man, I am sure you do enjoy the MUGUN time grin grin grin grin

@Poster,
Like I have always said,no one chooses who to love.It just happens. As long as you understand the type of relationship you are in,then that is fine. There is no formula to happinness and we are not all created alike and we must not all do the same things.

Think hard and if a single guy comes along please do not hesitate to go along.
That one na lie, how come nobody ever happens to fall in love with the mad woman under oshodi bridge.

She said she is having an affair = the guy is buying her things and they probably have good sex, that does not equal LOVE.

@Poster, just carry on, stolen bread is sweet, pray the woman does not catch you with acid in her hand cheesy

Yes and also remember you reap what you sow.

Once you have sorted that in your head just carry on. cool

Delta007:
The only peeps who have a sigh of relief at being single are those who were in disastrous relationships. Apart from that, there's nothing to enjoy being single; that's why it's normal for a decent human being to have friends, most peeps who think they benefit from being single are the desperate ones who are fronting or peeps who didnt know why they were in a relationship in the first place. I see comments like "freedom to do whatever", You don't go into a relationship to restrict yourself, u ought to be with someone that compliments you. The keyword there is "compliment".
The topic is not about whether it is better to be single or be in a relationship.

Whatever position you are in, there will always be a benefit if you choose to see that.

You sound like you will be miserable if you are single!

If that is the case you are the one with issues hiding under the canopy of relationship tongue.
Some people are just dreaming,

If you re single, den you ve miss it all, and above that you can't even compare the situation, on why you think you re really enjoying yourself.

I guess when one can't marry, he/she den convience him/herslef that been single is the bOOM.

Only the person who has walked with a rubber shoe, leather shoe and any available make can attest to each condition.

Make haste while the sun is shining and get married before its too late

Shikina
If you are single then you have missed it all, psstttttttttttewwwww shocked shocked shocked

Step away from that tiny cubicle that you call your mind for a moment and come into the more lighter, liberating field and explore with me.

At some point in anybody's life you will be single. You were single before you got married. Some people are better off single than married or being in a relationship. You need to be matured and ready before venturing to be married / committed.

The simple question from the poster was at this time that you are single what do you enjoy by being single. Let me break it down with a small example so your simple mind can understand.
e.g. While at the bus stop waiting for your bus what do you enjoy during the wait.

And the question was obviously directed to single people.

So carry your hay and sunshine to the cows in your village.

oh ok I see what you're saying. If it's a case of currency risk as regards their cost base, I have no problem there. These guys have proven their ability to keep costs under control. Just check out their profit margins and how consistent they've been at maintaining it despite all of their growth. Amazing! Infact I hear they do all of their procurement centrally (across all MTN operations worldwide) in order to keep costs down. So no big issues there for me at all!
Wendy who is offering the MTN shares/

Is it  IBTC or Afriinvest?!

I am interested in picking some of it.

I thought it was cheap at that price. The EPS is even higher than that of Wapic at 54 kobon while Wapic stands at 22 kobo.

Am I missing something?
Share price does not move by EPS alone, there is a lot of sentiments as well. One sentiment for WAPIC is the fact it is a bank subsidiary.

@Wanaj0, I'm just taking a second look at this MTN deal. The deal dey sweet oh, i'm seriously liking it! Going by last year's dividend alone, the dividend yield is close to 10% -- that's not bad at all. I think it's a SOLID SOLID long term buy. Considering the company's prospects, can you just imagine what the capital appreciation would be even in the next 1yr talkless of 3? Abi didn't they just get the 3G license in March 07? Plus there's going to be an exit mechanism, which I believe will be very liquid. What's your problem with the offer? abeg make we discuss before I commit. Thanks.

Do you have a copy of the MTN prospectus, please?

I think the PP was done and completed n November/December. The price was about $25/share.

The one I got from my broker did not show a profit forecast. Very scanty in terms of figures. Just story.

Things to take note is the growth is reducing. Tax holiday is over. MTN has started paying dividend. Trailing PE @ $25/share is about 9.00. You will be locked in for almost 3 years. Nothing in the prospectus that I got from my brokers shows or indicates the price at which they are offering 1 MTN share.
How many private placements did they have. The one I heard was at $10,000 for a unit and minimum was $100k, it just closed last week from whatI heard.

@windywendy which brokers are setting the fund up.

3 years is a very long time on NSE unless a return of 500% minimum is guaranteed, abi.
