Anyone here to help please, what does this really mean? declaration of sponsorship („Verpflichtungserklärung“) for the purpose of studies/ language course given before the competent German authority (Please note: Financing is usually only secured if declarant resides in Germany). This is what I want to use for my visa application when the admission is being given. Please I need to know the documents my sponsor need to drop.

Oga Spanish Laliga. Stop spamming the thread. Verpflichtungserklarung is issued by the competent Auslander. Your sponsor needs to earn above 2500€ after tax before he can sponsor you. Moreso, you really need to know him and also establish a connection during your visa interview and WHY he's sponsoring you. When he schedules an appointment with the auslander Büro, he'll be given a list of documents to come with. Most especially his tax, insurance, police report, account statement, his pay slip amongst others..

Please @eke47 and the other, I need help badly. My cgpa is 3.48/5.0 insurance I applied to uni-kiel at the summer but my admission was rejected. Reason of rejection was based on my bachelor degree corresponds to a German examination scale of 2.1 but my bachelor degree doesn't fulfill the master assessment of suitability cos of insufficient amount of required credit in quantitative and entire area. Then I applied for master in quantitative finance. Now I am applying again to university of Passau, master in development studies. I want to ask if am grade is enough to get admission or is it because of the insufficient credit in quantitative, which is the reason why I didn't get the admission. Please help me I need to travel this year

Lol at Bolder grin

As for your CGPA, I think you're good to go. I believe some departments expect you to at least attempt some courses during your Bsc cos this courses are criteria mainly used for their decision. Since you study insurance, maybe some quantitative analysis or financial topics were missing from your modules. Also, your letter of motivation also plays a great part in the admission selection process. Likewise test of English. IELTS/TOEFL.

My advice for you is to spread your net wide and don't limit yourself to certain school or course. Apply for as much as possible and all will be well.

Be hopeful and optimistic. I wish you all the best

Well for guys applying for computer or engineering related courses, i know it has been said over and over, guys learn your programming Well for GOOD JOBS and yeah language (GERMAN) too, but notice programming is bold.

Programming languages like; Python, C++, C, C#, Assembly then VB things (in order of NEEDED IMO)

Good luck guys and thanks again to you guys here and the ogas them

Servus...!!

And you forget to Add Almighty Java, PHP, ASP.NET, SQL Database and Web/Mobile Application Development.

The Programming language stated above are mostly meant for Software Development. Not eveybody can delve into software considering their diverse fields and background.

You can also delve into learning CMS (Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, (TYPO 3), e.t.c) I bolded the Typo 3 because this is what major schools, organizations/company uses in Germany.

Moreso, graphic packages like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Microsoft Packages(Word, Excel, Powerpoint) are also very key.

Without forgetting to includ IT programmes like SAP, Oracle, ERP, CRM at least for the social science students.

you guys should visit http://www.sololearn.com/

It'll help you get started..

Adding some touch of German will also do you alot of Goodies.

Lamingo,

Remember to tell them that anybody using KOLN for interview has to be extremely prayerful cos their auslanderbehorde is something else.

using snail to qualify them is an understatement. they can so delay your visa application for up to 8 weeks if not more than

If you have admission from other schools, use it for visa interview then relocate to koln

I applied for a study visa at German embassy and I was denied the first time. I applied the second time and my passport was seized and sent to the Nigeria immigration service and reason been that my passport has fake stamp for some countries on it. I transferred 8075 euros to Deutsche bank last year for my student blocked account and I want to process a refund but I cannot get the passport at the Nigeria Immigration services where the embassy claimed it was sent to and without my passport I cannot process a refund at the German embassy. Can anyone be of help or advise on what to do. Positive response only please. Thanks.

PS: The stamps on the passport is indeed fake. I will appreciate your candid advise on this issue

Your case is a serious diplomatic one and most people failed to tell you that you've probably been banned or blacklisted by the german embassy. And this spreads across major European countries cos they operated the same database.

The guy who had that issue last year was Esdajo or so. He had a fake south African visa, his passport was confiscated and sent to the NIS. Luckily for him, he knew someone in Ikoyi who helped him with another one. Twas still a lengthy process, but he got it.

Now to your case. Do you have what it takes to convince the embassy stating why you had a fake stamp on your travel documents. If you have excellent writeups with probable proof, you could be pardoned. Truth of the matter is that the deutsche Botschaft would have placed a ban on you for best reason known to them. And this will also affect your journey to any other European country as stated earlier on.

Quote your visa application number then start with the appeal/whitelisting process.

For a foreign consulate to send your passport to NIS, means they (NIS) would probably blacklist you too. Since your passport number is unique to you alone. You'll definately need an insider to help you with retrieval. If you feign lies of stolen or lost, my brother OYO is your case. Just be open and see things work out.

I wish you all the very best !

Pls any experience currently with stanbic ibtc abt form A stuff?
two weeks now with sterling Bt no response.
I just hv a week to go

Hello, To be honest with you, your chances of meeting up with the deadline is so slim (06/06/16). Unless you know someone in the Foreign transaction department. As at yesterday, stanbic bank charges 225.6 and I was made to understand that you'll be on Queue cos they have stock of form A piled up.

Moreso, getting Forex is hard to come by nowdays. Your only and probable solution is to buy euros at the BDC and use an Euro Dorm account for the transfer. I could help you with my Euro Dorm account if you dont mind so as to speed up the transaction.

With my findings..

Stanbic bank do have funds.. but they treat Form A in batches. Meaning it's not a FCFS thingy.

First bank is another jackpot. But their requirements can be killing. For guys waiting for over 2 months, why not try out these banks.

Also, I have seen success from Access bank and Diamond bank. They respond to Form A faster and within a shorter period.

My take. Any bank that delays you above 2 wks, you should think of another option/plan.

Am also tryna make some common sense... grin

The current Form A rate is 220/Euros

Reporting for Stanbic IBTC Bank

My friend, it is very common with PEACE DRIVERS.

AGOFURE embarks on only one trip after which the DRIVERS go for a nap.
They never exceed 100km /hr.

Even when overtaking, they show professionalism.
They don't carry LADIES in front most times.
They avoid Arguments.
Their DRIVERS are elderly Family MEN., so they ensure safety because they want to see their CHILDREN

You are so very right bro. I always avoid PEACE MASS TRANSIT like a plague right from when I served in Ebonyi state. they killed some corpers in Ilorin 3 days to passing out parade.

Their drivers are DEMONS. I would rather walk for Buhari than embark on a journey with Peace Mass transit.

The Link can be found here.

http://www.internationale-studierende.de/en/prepare_your_studies/entry_into_germany/proof_of_financing/

Nevertheless.. Let's await official documentation from the German embassy. Autumn means the transition period from Summer to Winter. Which means this migh take effect from September.

I'd advise anybody wishing to fund his blocked account to do so between now and August.

At least, we can take solace in the fact that CBN is no more de-valuing the naira.

Better days ahead
