You talk of kissing backsides, but Doyin as a person relied on a weird form of something called 'negging' to get friends and male lovers, a tactic of using negative words/verbal abuse to highlight the perceived insecurities of your friendship or romantic/sexual interest aimed at killing their self-confidence and grasping for any form of positive affirmation - which the 'negger' magnanimously offers the negging target.

With her face like an Ijebu Macbeth witch, Doyin actually tried to use negging on Deji, Cross, Pere and even KIDDWAYA, the same Kidd of Erica & Nengi game o, in order to get them to either screw or date her (e.g. "Kidd you're a fat pig, but i like you sha, your being a fat pig notwithstanding!". CeeC and Alex, to their credit, were the first to clock this tactic of Doyin.

She also did it with a whole Groovy, telling Beauty that she was playing small-time with him and should focus on Sheggz as per legit Ikoyi boy.

The same Doyin became Martin Luther King in All Stars, turning her sights on the Mercy/Venita/Angel/Kimoprah axis while deeply projecting a need to be a member. In her frustration, she started calling them "Mean girls". In a foreign country Doyin might have become a serial killer.

This led her to what she felt was the next best thing - a sidekick to CeeC and a mentor over Baye. Good for self-esteem abi?

Nah, Mercy played the game as best as she could - with her reputation from Pepper Dem intact. The Kidd ship would have gone badly for her, Kidd wanted to nack her silly and Mercy was battling conji, Frodd rightly stopped her from doing what she would have regretted for years. The fact that Kidd didn't even bother mentioning her on stage when he was evicted but mentioned his main ship showed his priorities. At least he owned up to liking Erica.

Mercy would have still won,but no one saw Baye coming in good time. She was kinda distant in the house, and getting involved in the Soma/Angel/Doyin issue almost got her disrespected by Doyin who's frankly just a loudmouthed non-entity.

The Whitelambo ship was a miscalculation, Whitemoney isn't into romantic moments or naughtiness, so Mercy hoped to create drama by triggering him with kissing Pere constantly. When Whitemoney didn't fall for it, she slowed down.

The Percy thing couldn't have happened earlier, there was Pere's obsession with Alex and then Kimoprah. Pere thought he could chop Lambo quickly based on the flirting,but Lambo turned out to be a gamer.

Ironically, what would have triggered her would have been........the return of Tacha, but EndemolShine refused to pay her asking weekly fee which was probably in USD (they forgot she was in an international Reality TV show).

This Tacha would have been more refined, calculated, exposed, and intent on not repeating her mistakes in PD. She would have delivered drama,but it would be all acting, the girl has grown and is no longer reckless. Her bias for everything Ghanaian would have endeared her to Baye and Angel and she would have been a counter-force to Mercy and Venita with her unique brand of toxic behaviour.

Well, Mercy would leave tomorrow knowing one thing - her win in 2019 was no fluke. It's just that you can never fight a crowd alone and win, whether that crowd is right or wrong. And Nigerians can be a bizarrely determined crowd when they want to be.

I know of someone that was posted to Ogun State, she got posted to do camping at Ekiti camp due to overpopulation at Ogun camp and eventually redeployed to Lagos. Ask the person about her NYSC she'll have no choice but to drop 3 states. A lot of people posted to Lagos Ogun and Oyo camps got reposted to other states' camp with less population..

Last time I looked for her on SM she was based in the house US, that was years ago. She's been off the public eye for long, I hope I'll be able find her again. My baby Francisca the fire dancer and hopeless romantic . If the season had come up this era, she would have won with a huge margin. How can one person survive that many evictions, give so much content, evoke so much emotions from viewers only for the voting public to say she was too young and unserious to win. E pain me die

Yes something like that. Him and Ebuka were the hot guys of the season followed by Joseph (of blessed memory). He lamented a lot following Maureen's eviction and the viewers used it against him. Besides he was up against Francisca, the baby of the house whom everybody felt bad for because of how Ebuka treats her so he never stood a chance.

Ebuka was angry with his nomination said the viewers should do whatever they like and viewers translated it as him being arrogant and voted him out. There was no such thing as die-hard stans like we have today. If you misyarn, people that voted to save you last week fit vote you out the following week

Ship that used to help housemates today was an abomination back then. Enter ship and you're doomed. The most solid ship Joan and Chinedu were the first to bounce. Followed by Gideon and Maureen. Ebuka finally put his feet down to discard Franca and ship with Helen and they both bounced before anything could materialize from it.

Seeing these real OGs recount memories have shown how much the dynamics of the show have changed over time. The masses that voted to save Francisca through about 7 evictions decided that she was too young (22 at the time) to handle $100k and they voted katung to win instead. If it was today she would have won hands down.
