Was he aware you were going to transfer the money or you transferred it without his knowledge? Ordinarily the bank ought to reverse the transaction since the account is frozen, it makes no sense leaving such account open to receive money. You should go to your bank and make a complaint.

That one has a army of staff working for him doesn't mean he wouldn't want to do stuff by himself once a while. The Queen of England sometimes drives herself, her grandkids have been pictured running errands and doing shopping by themselves. This video has no evidence of attack. He may have been using the hammer while talking to his staff. No aggression in his voice, no intent to attack in his body language. While talking to the staff, he looked up, saw his wife smiled at her and faced the staff again. He may not even know he was being filmed. Even if he did, he wasn't aware of the camera before he looked to to see his wife, why wasn't he attacking the staff?

Ordinary charge and bail lawyer will rip these videos to shreds in front of a judge talkless of the seasoned lawyers FFK will be working with.
