Those that have rights to view the video are law enforcement officers, the lawyers handling the case and parents of the victim. If you want to view the video, go and apply to be his defense attorney. The day your child gets defiled and caught on video, feel free to play the video to the whole world and look for all ways to defend the culprit. For those saying men dont shade tears , they should ve a rethink. Mine was like this. No clear details of the child's condition, no photos of the victim and suspect, no name or location of hospital. This looks like a made-up story to push an agenda.
