I really didn’t know or hear anything about unemployment before then. It’s because he said he can provide proof that he’s legit in his ads I went to him and sadly, I didn’t do my investigation till I read about the news on twitter afterwards. I’m sure he noticed I’m a novice in this PayPal thing.

I wish those people who had their own accounts limited by his funds on here, had come out to warn others as I won’t be in this situation. He said they should refund him in 6 months meaning these are recent transactions in the same time frame as mine.

I don’t even know if it will be released in 6 months and I urgently need it now. He reached agreement with others on here for paying him if PayPal releases. He should reach the same agreement with me since my only error is to pay him without checking. He’s only talking like this because he already has my money.

This money was not sent from PayPal balance, I just realized this when he sent the screenshot. It was from card linked to the PayPal account. He himself acknowledged that his source is unemployment and claimed it was legit before he started changing mouth when the news broke out in US.

I am not the first he has done this too. He just revealed that there are other people here owing him due to the 6 month limit by PayPal on his bad funds . These people did not come out to talk that’s why I fell victim. My mistake is that I sent before confirming and he does not want to refund.

Moreover, she has successfully spoiled my name by making you and probably some other people believed that my funds are unemployment funds. Which I strongly believe that she knew that it wasn't from unemployment fund but just decided to use it to gain public sympathy just to force me to pay her. And you expect me to refund such person? What do I gain by refunding her after spoiling my name?

Well, I know I didn't sell unemployment funds to anyone. So it's left to anyone to believe whatever he/she feels like. Her own fund was even sent from credit card not even balance talkless of unemployment fund.

I will only be refunding if any of the 3 payments sent to her account is charged back. But if the fund is still in her care which PayPal will eventually release back to her in a few months time, I will not refund.

I repeat, if charge back occurs on any of the three payments, she should come to me with evidence, and I promise to refund her.

If this now leads to you banning me, so be it. I shine beyond nairaland bi-idhnillah.

Well, before you ban me, I am using this opportunity to say that I don't owe anyone here. If you know that I owe you a kobo, please speak up now. And some of you owing me money, please pay me my money immediately PayPal release your fund after six months as we have agreed.

If you don't pay me, I will be forced to open another account to come and tag you a scammer here.

The point is he didn't use strange sources as he claim, he is the same person that sent the funds from a different PayPal account.

Pple in this line of business open multiple PayPal account to get the unemployment funds to sell because none of the PayPal accounts can survive 1 month without being limited by PayPal.

So he is responsible for the unemployment funds and deserves a ban till 2090 in my opinion.

I honestly was going to sell from the fund but I was very fortunate not to agreed on rate with any of my clients before the fund owner sold off. But then, no one knows that it was a fraudulent fund coz there are Nigerians abroad for real that may want to send their money back home. So that was my believe until the news broke out. All in all, I was very fortunate not to sell from it.

I didn't tell her that I was going to send from my personal account. She was quite aware that I was going to source for it.

The account of the sender wasn't limited immediately. According to him, his account still lasted for more few weeks before it was limited.

That's a totally different case. I was willing to help in any way I can if that's the case. I repeat, just to help. Not as her right that I should send her back her naira while still holding my money in her PayPal account. But she has been using the fact that I said some of the funds were unemployment fund to blackmail me. She taught I would be afraid and quickly send her back her naira when she told me that she would come to nairaland (I am saying it publicly here... I didn't sell unemployment fund to anyone coz by the time I got a buyer that could pay my rate, the fund owner said he had sold out). So how on earth will you help someone trying to force you to do something just because you were sincere with her. I knew she would do it judging by the way she has been talking from the day the news broke out.

As you can imagine, when someone asked her to provide evidence that the fund I sent to her was unemployment... Her response was that where am I getting all my big funds from.

She even said it was because I was hungry reason for not refunding her.... I have refunded many people here uncountable times. I refunded 3.6m to someone here before and many other people hundreds of thousands of naira. And that's why you see them writing good reviews about me. I would have mentioned their names self but I don't have their permission.

But as for her own case. Using the fact that I mentioned unemployment to her before and hearing the news about it sometimes later gave her the full confidence that she could manipulate me with it as she wants. Never! Not me!!!
