The name of the apps are GN_Salestrack and GN_Statistics.
*THEN procedure*
Once you root your phone, install a file explorer from Google Playstore that access system folders such as ES File Xplorer. Go to menu and check the "Root Explorer". SuperSU should pop up instantly and press "Grant access" Now go to the root directory /. Select "System" folder. Then "app" folder, search for 2 folders specifially: GN_Salestrack and GN_Statistics. Select those 2 and delete. Confirm it's deleted. Now, the programs are deleted however the system will still call the strings to operate those missing programs, which reflects on your smartphone being slow and buggy. Go to ES File Explorer again. Select root directory "/". Now again, "system" folder. Scroll down and look for "build.prop" If you're using ES File Explorer you can open this file with the explorer note editor already built in the program. Open the "build.prop". Carefully search for these strings: ro.gn.oversea.brand.salestracka=09371947404 044 ro.gn.oversea.brand.salestrackb=09371947408 741 Delete these two strings. These are the phone numbers where the SMS's go to. The numbers may vary. Just deleted the strings and nothing else. Now for the upload hog, search for this string: "ro.gn.salessttatistic.url" Delete the result, and leave it: ro.gn.salessttatistic.url=0 - Exit and reboot the phone. - Congratulations, you are now NOT spending money without knowing about!

I upgraded my gionee m3 to 5.0. and since then, they've been deducting #50/from my Sim. I called customer mtn customer care, I was told that an application send an international message.
I have searched for the app but still didn't find it, and it's always deducting 50 naira every time.

Look for someone with the type of charger and test, same with the ba3.

If you don't have, go to where the ba3 or charger is sold, test it there if it doesn't work, nobody will force you to buy, test the ba3 too.

If no solution, see a laptop engineer, possibly a motherboard issue.

Since you said water entered the laptop and it was working well before, do this first.

Open the laptop again, where you have the ba3 connector and your charging port. Use fuel with soft brush and brush those side, there might be a corrosion then dry in the sun, if you have hot gun use it to dry it and fix it back.

good morning.. I left my window while charging my laptop and a very heavy rain fell and entered into my laptop....I loosed it and dried it but the keyboard isn't working..though I got an external keyboard...my problem is the charging point..it's says 'charger connected buh not charging' hence when I unplug the charger it switches off..more like a desktop now..please what could be wrong with it?
