Congratulations to Prof. Ibrahim Agboola Gambari. Honestly, nobody saw this coming. He’s definitely not a bad choice and not the type of person that can be controlled by various interest struggling to hijack the presidency.

However, I’m concerned about his age. I hope he still has a lot of energy to run the office of the chief of staff at 76. I also hope he has no relationship or loyalty to the Saraki family of Ilorin.
