If you wan build mordern structure, u go burn money, just know that . Mine is 3 flats ,i.e 3 bedroom flat, 2 bedroom flat and a room and parlour self contain. So mine is bigger.... Money they could have grown gets buried in the ground just to belong to the "I dey build house" crew.

When I made my first millions many years ago all the advisers came out in their numbers telling me to buy land and start building, but I know that's not what I should do.

I ignored the bandwagon and kept working hard until I made my first billion naira.

I didn't have to buy any land to build, I went to the best estates in lekki and bought the best houses and I do whatever I want.

i was having about 5000usd but i wanted to travel out but dnt have the right means or agent to do it, so for fear of losing money, i started building but deep down, it is not what i want but instead of using d money lavishly or doing what i dnt like, i used it for building and it has not been easy o..d house is almost completed, just few tins remain but will consume abt 3-4mil but tins are hard . i still need link to move to australia if need be, d life is abt working smart n having d right people around... u ve done well
