Thanks @ OP, I think I now understand women better especially as it relates to Number 2 (hair dryer, hot combing, hair relaxer etc). |
IMO, I don't think there's any spiritual undertone to the tradition of reserving the gizzard and the 'an.al region' of animals (mostly fowls) for the most elderly male character in an Igbo family. I think it's more a sign of respect. But males, in their egotistic nature, have attached so much interest in this 'tradition' that it now seems like a 'sacred ritual' in Igbo Land. In those days, my dad never jokes with those body parts and will most times ask me to eat them when he is rested upon the fact that my mum reserved them for him. |
Freewilly: What a waste of life, pythons are nonvenomous snakes that go about their business eating rodents and birds, Nigerians are just very wicked people.Seems you didn't read where a python swallowed a baby about 3 months ago at Edo State. |

Billyonaire: Please always think outside the box. This rocket is built for Mars Mission but not limited to it. Ponder on this; Motorcycle uses petrol as fuel and is excellent for traveling from VI to Badagry but will be cumbersome to travel with it to Anambra. Range Rover Sport also uses petrol as fuel and can travel to Anambra easily. The point of reasoning is THE FUEL and NOT the vehicle and this particular mission in view.God will keep us all to see the extent this nuclear-fueled vehicle can go. I pray it clears my curiousity (doubt?). |
It's really a goodnews but mars is still within OUR solar system. All the same, it's a step in the right direction since they're taking it into a new dimension altogether (nuclear powered). |
@PENNYWISE, How dare you even say a geographer/meteorologist should keep mute when matters concerning space is being discussed? Who are the real spatial authorities? I still stand to challenge YOU to point out where I faulted in my argument with Billyonaire. Billyonaire can also help to point out where I went totally off within the context of my theories and assertions. |
