PoliticsRe: Oyo LP Guber Candidate, Akinwale Dumps Party For APC by donjazzet: 3:52pm On Jul 31, 2023
We saw this coming a long time ago, APC moles and some opportunists who decided to pitch the wagon with a blossoming LP which the masses backed.

This doesn't surprise one bit.

....you're damn late to the party bro. We don move pass this stage.
But have we??

You wanted to build a house, there were 2 models Presented. A house built majorly with wood or a house built with blocks and cement.
You were advised that wooden structures don't last very long and will be prone to fire while cemented blocks will guarantee a longer lasting house. You said, wood can indeed lasts longer than some cement buildings in many cases, that wooden buildings unfairly get a bad rap. Now you've built the wooden house and indeed there are already structural weaknesses visible and present, now you've suddenly turned to a realist, you say, "well, we always knew that wood can catch fire easily, it's the reality, but doesn't mean it won't work but everyone around can already predict how wood always ends. The collapse of the building soon

Postdigger I need your help. Dig out the posts of those who kept saying bat will select only the best when we were saying he would recycle the current corrupt political elite.

Please help me dig it out let's see those who have suddenly realised that yeah "this is a political reality". "That it happens everywhere", even when we told them that with Obi, it was different, because the ordinary Nigerians were indeed his backers. Please dig these out for me abeg.

Yea, I get it, I just wish we didn't have a president with too many politicians to settle. Tinubu's ascent to the presidency was driven mostly by the influence of politicians, and that many persons to settle is too much of a drag on his decision-making and eventual performance as president .
Gbam!!
It's not like we didn't shout this point aloud from the rooftops!!

"Voting Tinubu is consolidating on the current corrupt ruling elite class because his campaign was powered by these same wicked corrupt people" we said.

Voting an obi whose movement was powered by the youths around the hitherto largely unknown people would be a revolution as good as any. We said. But these people kept drumming the single line, "bat will select the best people in his government". He doesn't care whose ox is gored. He is no one's puppet.

Today the story has changed now that we're seeing a very terrible list of same corrupt and murderous politicians like Wike, Ibori, and the Stooges of the main players. It is now "accept it, it's the reality, it's how politics is".

These people are evil by nature.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by donjazzet: 3:14pm On Jul 31, 2023
Ministerial nomination is mostly to settle people who helped you there. Those who sacrificed to get you there
Ohh I see!!!

It's no longer about "BAT will select the best heads, regardless of whose ox is gored".

When we were saying the exact same thing that Tinubu will simply recycle the current corrupt political class, for selfish games, these same people countered it with "Tinubu will select the best technocrats". That he did it in Lagos.

Now it has now become, "hey, that's the reality of politics, he will employ those that will help his election bid, It's the same in many countries ".

Such a shameless bunch.

What I've just observed right now is that it's the agbado supporters here that has just introduced this narrative of tribe.

This people see every single thing through the lens of tribe. It's always about tribe tribe tribe even though we've not seen anything related to that from the news in Niger.

I suspect that the APC propaganda channels introduced this notion of tribe in continuation of consolidation of support for bat just incase some Nigerians are thinking of ever doing the same.
Divide and rule by tribe is all these people know.

Trading in dollar has nothing to do with the fact that Russia today is sponsoring military coups against African democracies and installing puppets as leaders..

Oya see now, the coupist military government in Niger just blocked its Citizens, access to social media. In order to control the flow of information within the country.

This is what you people are supporting!!

Russian puppets across Africa that will set the continent up for proxy wars.

You guys should search your consciences, especially those of you who are indeed not paid Russian propagandists here.

Know that Wagner has a vast propaganda network across African country that aims to manipulate and shape opinions. Be very aware so that you don't fall victim to this manipulation.

I don't know why these propagandists don't understand this, that we're against Russia's military incursions into sovereign nations doesn't mean that we're in support of the incursions of the west in other countries hitherto now.

We're saying that all countries must respect the sovereignty of other nations, be it US, France or Russia. One becomes a hypocrite when you rail against the incursions of the west in the past decades and now defend the very same act by another right now. It makes no sense.

Guys please come together and reject foreign powers in Africa!

Russia is not your friend simple!

Africa has been largely peaceful even with our fledgling democracies but a proxy war is being set up and that benefits no one.

Russia is arming rebel groups in Africa now. Things that we used to hate the west for.
You cannot e angry at the west for arming groups illegally and look away at what Putin is now doing in Africa!!

A word is enough for the wise.

Absolutely NO ONE is comparing the Burkina Faso military dictator to Thomas Sankara.

No one loves a military coupist! We stand for democracy. We have tried military rule and it ALWAYS turned out to be far worse than what they claimed to fight against.

Abacha, Babangida, Gowon, Buhari. All military dictatorships that sent Nigeria far backwards!

All claiming upon assumption of leadership to remove corruption and detach themselves from the west, only to steal humongous sums of money and still send them to the same west.

Now today, we have military puppets of Putin rising up in Africa and you guys who claim to have Africa's best intentions at heart embrace this.

My fellow Nigerians here, and I mean the average users here like you and I not those paid per posts whose day job it is to spread propaganda, please fight back against this.

This is not a US vs Russia issue happening thousands of kilometres away in Ukraine or Syria, this is our own motherland, if you care about the African continent, YOU WILL NEVER SUPPORT MILITARY DICTATORSHIPS who are puppets to dethrone out democracies no matter how weak they are.
Foreign AffairsRe: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by donjazzet: 12:37am On Jul 31, 2023
These people have to be paid Russian propagandists.

That's the only explanation for this.

You cannot say you want to be free from imperialism and then jump right into the arms of another (even worse) imperial power.

You can't genuinely complain about France's influence and then embrace Russian backed military coup and truncation of democracy.

That's basically cutting your nose to spite your face.
Foreign AffairsRe: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by donjazzet: 12:23am On Jul 31, 2023
You guys would wail and wail and rant about what the west did in Africa some 60 to 70 years ago but you guys will not see what Russia is doing in several African countries and sponsoring military coups in order to have puppets.

So now we're going from frying pan into the fire.

You guys are celebrating the military coups around Africa, pray that this doesn't happen to Nigeria. We are now basically encircled by countries that have now usurped their fledgling democracies.
Foreign AffairsRe: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by donjazzet: 12:20am On Jul 31, 2023
I am currently hating with passion the hypocrisy of you Putin supporters.

How can you all be silent to what Putin's Wagner is doing across Africa??

Do you Putin supporters really want Africa sliding back into military dictatorships??

Do you guys really seek to see us go back to the 70's and 80's where iron fisted abachas ruled with military decrees and junta's??

Putin's Wagner group is creating chaos across Africa and you guys are silent about this.

This is completely sickening! Absolutely sickening from you guys.

Havertz10 I don't see you criticizing what Putin's Wagner is doing across Africa.

UN, US, France and even Russia are backing Nigeria to restore democracy in Niger cos they believe we have the capabilities to do so, but here is a Toddler thinking otherwise cos of Kekerenke Ish.
I do agree with you on this. Democracy has to be restored. Although my ideal scenario would be for them to pound their current politicians shege, remove them all and usher in new democratic leaders via credible elections, and not just revert to status quo.

But military dictatorships must be avoided at all costs and I hope Tinubu leads Nigeria right in this.

You guys hypocrisy just stinks too much.

I think the main issue is that you guys are just rabidly "ANTI-WEST". So you you will basically support anything and anyone no matter how terrible they are l, just so far as they are also ANTI-WEST.

That is how you see yourselves suddenly rooting for North Korea whose leaders are basically the worst any country can ever wish to have and have led that society completely backwards, and then Iran where many of you can see how they put down their women who are fighting for their lives and freedom away from gender slavery, and then China and Russia where criticism of government is essentially a crime that sees you severely punished and all opposition silenced with a watertight lock on freedom on information.

All these are countries with terrible human rights records OF THEIR OWN CITIZENS! But you guys who enjoy the associated freedom of democracy, that can come online, criticize the government as much as you want without any consequence would see yourselves supporting the government that does those rubbishes. Simply because of "enemy of my enemy" stuffs.

Please you guys should ask yourselves questions.

And whenever you guys keep rambling on about how the US has invaded countries for years, don't ever forget to mention that in the cold war, there were 2 sides doing the very same thing.

I don't understand the act of criticizing the US for its foreign interventions in other countries but not doing the same thing to the Soviet and subsequent Russia that has also done the very same thing. Interfering in various democratic foreign governments.

You can't voice outrage at the US and then smile at Russia for doing the exact same things. That's classic double standard and hypocrisy.

Foreign AffairsRe: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by donjazzet: 11:09pm On Jul 29, 2023
The funny thing about you Putin retarded hypocrites is how you guys manage to skim over the numerous atrocities of the Soviet Union and Russia.

We only hear about the misdeeds of the US because of how critical they are of themselves. From Vietnam war to Iraq war to drone killings and the rest. The United States themselves are the ones that criticize and evaluate their own selves because of their rotating democracy that frequently change hands amongst themselves. Unlike Soviet era where a single man and the Politburo tightly controlled the flow of information and negation to the government was met with death and many of their leaders essentially being venerated to cult like god status like is happening with Putin and some you brainwashed hypnotized fools.

Read below and see how your beloved Russia also previously murdered its own citizens and also changed regimes of foreign countries like Afghanistan, Vietnam and the rest and murdered democratically elected leaders in their quest to spread communism.

dermmy:
Russia stood behind Africa in the liberation struggle against colonialism and Western Imperialism. Russia funded, armed and trained the ANC in their struggle against apartheid South African regime while America and its western counterparts gave their full support to the apartheid regime. When Patrice Lumumba was killed Soviet Russia denounced the West and honored him by introducing a postage stamp with Lumumba's picture on it. Go and look into Russia and Africa's relations from the cold War era.
But wait a minute, WHY CAN'T WE MOVE PAST THIS HISTORY?

Yes, in the past, all many countries knew was war and bloodshed. For instance, even within African countries, we slaughtered ourselves and still do (Ethiopia and Sudan) and these wars have nothing to do with foreign powers today but we ourselves.

Our countries today are wretched because our own leaders are foolish. Will you blame the west for Buhari and Tinubu? What of Biafra war which killed millions, was it not purely tribal and internal geopolitical issues that caused us to shed our own bloods. Did these countries make us fight ourselves?
Even today, is it the west that is responsible for Igbos and Yorubas having the most intense tribal battles and name calling today?
What about Rwanda? Is it the west responsible for the 2 biggest tribes there slaughtering their selves like animals?

Please stop talking about things that happened 60 to 80 years ago when our collective humanity alone knew nothing but wars and blood. America itself was colonized before, Britain itself was defeated by Nordic countries of today. Dutch were once the biggest colonizers. Do we still need to talk about things that happened 100 to 500 years ago?

Nooo. Let's talk about TODAY!! let's talk about how the US is no longer the oil seeking, blood thirsty country it was many years ago. Even the most recent US wars of 10-15 years ago were a war of ideology, not even about oil.

And on that me and you actually have the US to thank for Muslim terrorist groups not being more powerful than they are. We ourselves already know the negative and dreadful impact of such. The war on terror has been largely won.

The west no longer seeks to enlarge their territory. They are now a country of liberal ideology not the neocon war hawks of the bush and chiney era.

Russia is the one who still seeks to go back to the days of the past.

Let's stop all these nonsense of 50 to 100 years ago. Let's move forward please.

I see you hypocrites are silent about what Russia's military via Wagner is now doing in African countries.
If it were the west, sending militaries across the region, you guys will be up in arms but funny to see you are not applying the same standards to Russia.

The Wagner group is carrying out sophisticated terrorist activities across Africa and all of you who claim to hate the west or anything imperial are silent about this and even foolishly support this.

You cannot say you want Africa to be independent and suckle on the teats of another foreign power. One far worse than the one you are complaining about.

I see the Putin retards are still high on Putin's cum after the excess dickriding.

I need you guys to get into your thick skulls! Russia will NEVER match up to the United States of America. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN! Not in this world not in the next.

Neither will China! China is everything it is today because of the west. The moment western countries withdraw and close down all their facilities from China. Their economy falls instantly!! Look around you, what does China really produce that is theirs in terms of global products?

The top 3 phone brands in the world are Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, nokia etc. Their Huawei has been cut to size when they wanted raise shoulders.

Cars nko, you have Toyota, ford, Honda, BMW, GM etc. Which Chinese car do you know?

Electronics nko, televisions, fridges, AC, iron etc. For that you have Samsung, LG, Sony, Panasonic etc.
Airplanes nko, Boeing, airbus, Bombardier, Gulfstream, Embraer, Dassault etc not to talk of food and retail, nestle, universal, hvnm, fashion companies.

And guess what, each and every single one of the company mentioned above has its biggest factories in China.

If all these companies pulled out, China would immediately collapse. Yes, these would be a heavy thing for these companies but their economies can absorb the impact. China however will be toast.

Think of this last statement I'm about to make.

The economies of China, Russia, India, Brazil, north Korea, south Africa, Iran combined is still not up to the economy of the United States alone!

I need you to think about that again. The economies of those 7 countries combined is not up to the USA economy alone. Make of that what you will. The United States of America is not going anywhere! You must live with it!

Nigeria's neighbours are rapidly becoming military dictatorships and some people are becoming fond of the development. I really hope that doesn't happen to our country (even though we've already had an election coup). But still, the worst form of democracy is still better than the best form of dictatorship.
