VISA VISA ALERT
I finally picked up my passport with the visa in it after 36 calendar days and 26 working days..
God came through when it seems everything won't work out.
I started from the Part 3 of this thread and I said I must testify before the end of Part 4 with faith and God did it.
He makes everything beautiful in its TIME.
Thanks to those who selflessly brought out their time to share knowledge, Jah bless..
Keep trusting.
For those still waiting, may God come through for each and every one of you.
Amen. |

Like the TheGuyFromHR stated. It will be better if it's foodstuffs you are shipping then carry your clothes then with you if you so wish... I believe this first semester is mostly online classes plus the weather is cold from now till some months next year, which requires thick clothes. Anyway, all the best, more grace... Bashybabe2020: Not all my belongings I don’t plan to get there and start spending excessively on clothes and things I have here . But noted I’ll go with everything thanks for the update |

Nawaooo hahahahah Na all these kind things dey cause problem for us. What explanation would a student give to ship in all their belongings to a new country? This undermines the reasons for your travel na. Biko go over there and start afresh. Better send your belongings to your village or sell them mbok. Bashybabe2020: Thank you boss. Please don’t say I’m asking too many questions it’s hard to fit in years of living in Lagos into 23kg can we ship other stuff to uk when we settle down , which do you recommend extra luggage or ship from Nigeria |

Congratulations. Please a quick one. The place you are staying at, did your brother provide a single room en suite for you or you guys are in the same room? Please sorry I know this questions might intrude but I need some clarity on this particular issue. Thank you BESTOFIT: Good evening to everyone,...I submitted application July 31st, got appointment for Sept. 3 but did a walk-in on the 13th of August and got my Visa on the 31st of August. I arrived in the UK on Tuesday 8th of September via BA on a one way ticket @ #388k.
In case you are traveling, remember to fill the UK govt isolation contact online form required of you 48 hours before your flight.
I'm with my brother in Peterborough but my school is in Hull...which is about 2.5 hours from Peterborough. Fortunately for me, courses this semester so far will be online, hence I can hang around till things are better out there or when I'm ready. A BIG shout out to the organisers of this forum,... Your views , instructions and leadings really helped out. Thanks. |

You can go on the day of your dependent has appointment, if they are allowing walk in then, you will be the only one to pay for the walk in because your dependent won't pay. girlsupersonic: Hi all pls I got September 16th as my visa interview date and there's no closer available date for me. But my dependant is able to see September 7th. Can I do my visa interview on the date my dependant has? And will I need to pay for walk in alone or with my dependant ? |

You are all weather lol mimilyrics: Are you driving or using public transport? If you're driving, once you get into Lagos, go past Berger (the very 1st bus stop after the long bridge once you cross from Ogun state to Lagos state) towards Motorways and take the turn that leads to Ojota once you drive past motorways. Drive straight on till you get to Maryland and turn right by the roundabout into Mobolaji Bank Anthony (once you turn, you will see a mobil filling station and Mr Biggs to your right) . Keep to the right and drive straight till after the church by Abule Onigbabo bus stop. TLS is the tall, white building very close to Bola memorial church.
With public transport, board a bus that can get you to Ojota/Maryland or Berger from Ibadan. If you stop at Berger, get on a bus to Ojota/Maryland. Alight at Maryland, turn to the right of the roundabout and board a bus, bike or Keke by the Mobil filling station / Mr Biggs. Tell the driver exactly where you're going (abule Onigbabo bus stop, Etiebet's place or TLS). |
