Yes too much consumption of ultra processed foods makes them age faster. The Asians are least affected because they still maintain mostly natural foods and engage in lots of physical activities even in old age especially Japanese, Chinese and the Philippines... the one that baffles me is that u meet a Filipino woman and assume she's in her early 20s because of her looks and body only to find out she's close to 50.
