Kunu and Fura are good watch out for cleanliness, relax your mind (The more you are worried, the more you burn weight) Don't smoke , don't booze ...

But people who works most time with their brain e.g Analysts, Quants or critical thinkers hardly put on weight because the more deep thinking you do, the more your brain consume more from the rest of your body ..
