I once had a sit-down with these guys when I was part of an IOC team that went to discuss with them some years ago. Jokes apart no government would even dream of an all out confrontation with these guys. The own the creeks, they know every where and it would be a logistical nightmare for the amphibious unit of the NA to dream of even going there. There were failures of policing during the protests obviously.
