OK sir, maybe you advise ncc not me sir.

Hypochritecy on the high. So they should continue to disobey the law of the land? Simply because their closure will take Nigeria down to their knees?
Let Nigeria do things right and see if they wont disobey the law!
Did you even know NCC shouldn't issue certificate to etisalat?

Well...let MTN leave Nigeria and lets see how things go!

Renaj:
Sorry for the lengthy write up!
l met a guy on Facebook last year. 13 years older and am in my early twenties. My very first boyfriend and am almost done with Msc. Right from the first day, he wanted marriage. l love him and l believe he does. He just has SSCE. I was worried at first but l didn't want to judge him by that alone. l encouraged him and got to know him. He is a good man but lacks ambition. He is a driver, always talks about starting up a business, but is all talks, no action! l still held on. He is always suspicious and says l would leave him for a younger man who is on same level with me. Suddenly, we had a gap in communication and our long distance relationship started waning. l had a family issue which left me depressed and when l greatly needed his support , he abandoned me telling me that he knows my mind is off from him.
My coursemate and very good friend was and is still there for me. He has always wanted a relationship even after telling him l have someone. He believes our meeting each other is divine. Now this coursemate is making future plans about us even when l haven't agreed to his proposal. He is ambitious! My boyfriend hasn't called me in almost a week and l don't even know if we are still together. l have always told him about my friendship with my coursemate and he always tells me he trust me.
l haven't told my coursemate the issue am having with my boyfriend. l still act as if we are still deeply in love. l have come to care for him now, still have feelings for boyfriend. l don't know which road to take and not end up in regrets. please kindly advice me and am very much open to criticisms. Thank you!
1st bolded: tells you you cant handle the fact that you are of higher level than him in education. Reading further in my bolded, you see he is having some doubts too. Once doubts sets in in any relationships, then its hard for it to work out.

2nd bolded: You are in love with your new guy. But the fear of "he is my 1st love" is holding you back. Give your self some time on your love life.

I'd advice you break your present relationship first. Give your self some 4 or 5months to make plans for your self then you can date whoever you wanna date.

NB: Love alone is never enough, common sense is needed.
Besides, did you know if you and your new guy is compatible (blood group and genotype)?

RomanceWhy Ladies Like Bad Guys! #revealed by donTbone(op): 11:33am On Nov 13, 2015
There's a reason why women are attracted to bad boys, and it's not (just) their sweet leather jackets. It's science.

Apparently, people with "pathological" personalities are simply more attractive to the opposite sex. The new study, carried out by a team of researchers at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona and published on Scientific American, analyzed 1,000 heterosexual men and women with a broad spectrum of pathological personality traits. Researchers also quizzed the participants on their lifetime "number" of sexual partners and how successful they were in their careers.

Both men and women with personalities such as neurotic and reckless reported a higher number of both mates and children, though only obsessive-compulsive males—not females—were successful at pinning down long-term partners. According to Fernando Gutiérrez, who led the study, this is likely because obsessive-compulsives earned much more money than other participants. Far more surprising was that neurotic women were more successful in long-lasting love, despite being seen as unstable, anxious, and insecure.

Gutiérrez believes women like deviant behavior simply because it's fascinating. “While [pathological men] are selfish, rule-breaking, imprudent, and rebellious, they are also brave, temerarious, independent, and self-reliant—and they live frantic, galvanizing lives,” he says.

Of course, the study has its limits.

“Respondents could have inflated the number of partners in an effort to depict themselves as more desirable," says Corinna E. Löckenhoff, a human-developmental psychologist at Cornell University. "This may be especially true for individuals whose personality characteristics make them prone to dishonesty and for male respondents, since cultural norms tend to view promiscuity [as] more favorable in men than in women."

In other words, you can't trust anyone to give their accurate "number," let alone psychos.

PoliticsBiafra: Wike Bans Street Protest In Rivers. by donTbone(op): 6:15pm On Nov 11, 2015
Rivers State governor Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike has banned all forms of street protests in the state, condemning the street protests by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), which have crippled commercial activities in the state.

Wike, who placed the ban in a statewide broadcast in Port Harcourt, decried the movement of protesters from neighbouring States into Rivers State, noting that they have inflicted injuries on other citizens going about their lawful businesses.

The governor said, “Let no one be in doubt of the resolve of the Rivers State Government and the security agencies to maintain law and order at all cost within the State and preserve the unity of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“Majority of these individuals have come from neighbouring States and in the course of these protests, disrupted social and economic activities, damaged properties, assaulted and inflicted injuries on other citizens going about their lawful endeavours.

“While individuals and groups are free to exercise their freedom of expression, they must do so peacefully and strictly within the bounds of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. No individual or group has the right, whatsoever, to disturb public peace and order, threaten the safety of the public and create fear and an atmosphere of insecurity in the State or any part thereof.

“The right of any group of persons to agitate for their perceived rights cannot be allowed to infringed on the rights of other Nigerians, especially the people of Rivers State to remain an integral component of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“Consequently, after due consultations with the members of the State Security Council, and in exercise of my constitutional responsibility to preserve the safety, security and corporate integrity of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, it is hereby ordered that all forms of street protests, demonstrations, rallies or unlawful gatherings associated with the agitations for the secession of any group from the Federal Republic of Nigeria are banned in Rivers State.

“Any person or group who violates this ban or acts in any manner prejudicial to the interest of peace and security would be arrested and prosecuted.”

He commended security agencies for their mature handling of the the protests so far, urging them to continue to work in the right direction.

Reacting to the pro-Biafra protest, the All Progressives Congress (APC) criticised Wike over his response to the protest by IPOB members, saying the governor’s action portrays grave incompetence and possible collusion.

The APC, in a statement by its publicity secretary, Chris Finebone, said, “We note with heavy heart the level of ineptitude displayed by the Rivers State Government following the spate of violence and disruption of social and economic activities imposed on the peaceful people and residents of Rivers State especially Port Harcourt and environs on Tuesday by groups of protesters under the aegis of indigenous people of Biafra.

“More disturbing to the APC is the fact that even as security agents battled with extreme caution to contain the sporadic protesting groups, the Rivers State Government suddenly developed inexplicable laissez-faire attitude making many to believe that the protests enjoyed the tacit support of the government.

“However, given the sensitive question of Biafra and indeed any self-determination agitation for that matter, the APC advisedly observed dignified quietude, not wanting to be seen to play politics with a very serious issue of national security. This was despite the discomfort, assault and humiliation that innocent people suffered in the hands of the irate mobs at several locations in Port Harcourt and environs.

“The APC condemns, with every vehemence it can muster, the obvious incompetence and cluelessness the Rivers State Government displayed before and throughout the period the orgy of protests lasted. We see the eventual broadcast by Gov. Nyesom Wike condemning and banning further pro-Biafra protests as medicine-after-death, face-saving and dishonest.”

PoliticsNigeria Police Force Set To Establish A Complaint Response Unit (CRU) by donTbone(op): 5:55pm On Nov 11, 2015
Inspector General Of Police, Solomon Arase has approved the setting up of a Complaint Response Unit (CRU). The 24/7 multi-platform which will be officially launched on Friday, November 13, is aimed at promptly addressing real time complaints, concerns and queries regarding activities of officers and men of the Nigerian Police Force.

Briefing journalists at the Force Headquarters in Abuja on Monday, November 9, CSP Abayomi Shogunle, Officer in charge of (CRU) said the initiative is “community- oriented complaint management system” and is aimed at winning public trust and confidence as police forces all over the world are becoming more open to the citizens and the public.

He also noted that the Unit is designed to provide a veritable platform for the public, to report rising cases of professional misconduct by police officers, such as torture, extortion, and taking undue advantage of the public.

CSP Shogunle added that the unit will be operational in all the 36 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) with the central control Room situated in Abuja Nigeria.
"What the police leadership has done by establishing this unit, is to send a signal that…the era of impunity is over, and that professional misconducts by police officers will no longer be tolerated, and they are not supported by the management of the Nigeria Police Force." Shogunle said

"It is also to show that necessary actions are being taken by the force to ensure that the gap that existed between the police and the citizens, are closed up."

CSP Abayomi Shogunle also disclosed that the unit would be composed of detectives from all over the federation; Investigators, Provost departments, while every police station will have an officer from CRU attached to it to treat injustices meted out to Nigerians by the police and report back to force headquarters within 24 hours.
