Also if your struggling to eat foods rich in iron like meats, eggs, vegetables and beans then get iron supplements from the pharmacy. Your lifestyle is making you sick!

Those sound like depression symptoms. Check your vitamin D and iron levels. If those are normal then you may just be struggling with your childhood trauma.
