Oh wow! You practically described my younger sis there. She always has a lot to say to me on the phone... I tactically have to end the calls sometimes after 15 to 20 minutes. Indeed, most females are social creatures, hence they honor celebrations, birthday parties and social bonding. These are the "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" kind of scenarios that differentiate us men from you woman. That's what makes the world go round though. Life would be totally boring if we didn't have our differences in this physical world of duality. Hot or cold, male or female, light and darkness, etc.

Last but not least, I appreciate your insights and feedback here and deduce that you must be a coded James Bond girl (fan) based off of your moniker name.

In the event that a girl has NO older or younger biological sister, what's your take on having a female first cousin (or second cousin) can replace the lack of a biological sister when it comes to trying to resolve the pressures of every living?

I have only one younger sister who is doing well in her 40s and I've occasionally wondered if her being the only female ever made her lonely or affected her on a subconscious level (among her older and younger brothers, although she had our mother to have convos with).

The beauty of the human experience is that we don’t miss what we never had. She’s never had a sister so she doesn’t know or feel the absence of one.

Your sister has adapted to her unique circumstances. I’m sure she has friends, and female role models who she can bounce ideas off.
Of course, she’ll have a deeper relationship with your mum being the only girl. I wouldn’t worry about her.

Women, unlike men, prioritise their mental health. Most of us are talkative by nature so we rarely ruminate about our feelings, we talk it out.

The emotional benefits are you feel content with your life, you feel full, you feel enough. The physical benefits/sensations are you smile brighter, you walk taller, your skin glows, and you’re less stressed by outside influences.

People see this change in you so you become attractive to others. You’ll think the devil is trying to spoil your joy because all of a sudden the opposite sex notice you and want you. That’s what being loved does for you. Love is easy!

I don’t see an issue here. She uses her sister as a sounding board. She probably discusses everything that she’s conflicted about with her sister. Some people need this kind of relationship for their own mental well-being. Instead of ruminating over issues, she has someone who she trusts and respects their input. You can’t tell her you’re displeased with this. Let the girl breathe. If her sister is in fact a positive influence on her then you should trust that she would correct her sister when she’s wrong about something she brings to her.

U get fully paid while on maternity leave. Moreso, I'm talking about the situation even while she was actively working.

Just put your foot down and adjust your budget. For example: reduce the amount you give for food shopping, don't pay for family expenses such as days out and holidays. Live below your means. Cover only essential bills; rent, utilities, and taxes. No WiFi or phone bills.

Treat your children alone; take the 5 year out without her and spoil them. Leave none essential bills. If she wants luxury let her pay. You just decide this is what you can afford. If she doesn't step up then no harm done and you'll have more money in the bank. Work harder and start your own projects. No hard feelings, just stop consulting her about family finances and also stop helping her with the chores at home.

Spend time and money on your children. Take the 5 year old on weekend breaks. Stop spoiling her. Then the ball is in her court, better to figure out her intentions now instead of years down the line.
