You have a flawed understanding of life! Life isn't paradise! Rich and famous people commit suicide. While Palestinians still fight for their life. Life is not some fairytale for anyone be they rich or poor. It's a journey into the unknown.

It's when a woman finds her ideal mate but she isn't in the right head space to give him what he deserves (a healthy relationship) so she friend zones to buy her some time to get her ish together.

I have some suggestions!

1. Drink the water like it's medicine.

Before you leave your house, before breakfast and tea; drink 1 litre. It's not a lot. It's 2 pints or 2 small 500ml bottles. Just jug it until you feel sick. And come back for the rest and jug it again.
While at work drink another litre or 2!. Every time you remember to drink it; JUG! It. Don't stop until you few sick and come back for more when your stomach settles.

Your belly will be so full and all you'll hear is water jiggling around in your stomach . When you come home it's another litre. If you don't want to go toilet all night then do 2 litres at work. You will go toilet every hour 😂. You're lucky that you're a man!

2. Take the pictures in the morning before you start your grooming process and before you drink your litre of water. Try to read those 10 pages in the morning too while you try to drink your litre.

That's 50% before you even start your day.

3. The 2 45mins activities have to be separated so see how you could fit that around work. You can't do both activities at the same time. There has to be a significant time between them.

4. The diet is easy, just don't cheat! None of those things you don't eat or drink anyway such as sodas, junk food, or alcohol.

It's not for the weak hearted. Don't cheat yourself! Integrity is key here. If you miss one thing it's back to day 1.

Be careful of the easy stuff because the devil is in the detail. Get at least 50% of the water intake, the reading and the photos out the way before your day gets hectic.

Remember: ZERO excuses are acceptable. You'll only cheat yourself.

I'm okay with the grave, I think that would be a peaceful sleep; God willing! But, I fear being old and all alone in some house, and dying in that condition. I wouldn't mind a sudden death while I'm fit and agile and when my Lord is happy with me! I think I'm just scared of old age!

There are 100s of bot accounts on here... it's been a work in progress for years. Now they create threads and comment on each others threads to generate engagement. They all usually have links on their profiles, selling books or something!

They can never quote each other or others. Once you check their accounts, you'll see 20 topics, 15 topics, etc and less than an hour or two spent online for an accounts that's few years old and creating topics. There are so many of them! I fell down the rabbit hole and few weeks ago. 😂

Its better to calm down and hear both sides of a story with a rational head before deciding who to blame 'cos Anger is one letter short of Danger.

I think tempers were already frail in their home. I don't think it's that one incident that set the brother in to a rage. The younger brother could have been a thorn in the flesh of his brother for a long time. This incident could've been the straw that broke the camels back. If he could slap his sister in law then imagine what else he's capable of. Doesn't mean he had to be killed but I think the situation was more complex than what's known.
