If it's about 2 hours that's a lot, but not close to 16km. I walk at a brisk pace of 6.5kmh and can only cover 6.7km in 1 hour. Give or take should be about 12km. But that's still a lot, damn. It depends on the weather and the terrain. I live in a cold country and I walk fast by nature so it take me 2 to 2 and half hours to cover 16km. I don't walk straight for those hours it just my daily steps calculated. I might walk to work (45mins) walk back (45mins) and the rest is how much time I spend on my feet. I guess pace matters and I walk pretty fast because I over take people and leave them in the dust 😂

My phone does the measurements. I probably walk for about 2 hours. I do about 25,000 steps. The phone tells me all that.

I'm not gonna lie though! I'm addicted to rice and pasta and controlling my calories is the only thing I could do long term because I just love! Carbz 😂

I agree with you, I have now modified my diet to make it more Keto while still cutting out all carbs/Sugars and processed food. I did that to get more fibres for my stomach digestion.

That looks nutrient! You need fibre to move your bowels. I love that you're experimenting and you'll find what works for your body! What you cut out as far as processed foods and sugar is awesome. I think fruits and veg are part of a healthy diet. Carbz are tricky and I think we could do without it but veg and fruits are so good for you especially when you cut out processed carbz.

So? Is there a law against cattle on public roads? They're just cutting through on route to where they are going! In india cows are gods 😂

I heard about this diet but I'm against all diets because it may or may not become a fad! I do intermittent fasting so I have all of my days calories in one meal. I hope this works for you long term! I think a balanced diet is the way to go while controlling your calories! I ate 1 300 calories a day in a 1 hour window and I have lost 15kg over 6 months and now I'm eating 1500 to maintain my weight. I love eating once a day but in that hour I make sure to take in fibre, carbz, and protein. I eat fruits because I burn those extra calories by being active. I worry about your cholesterol and constipation on the carnivore diet. How's it going for you interms of toilet movements?
