Well here you are engaging a good example. Today I look so much younger, stronger and mentally sharp than I was in my 20”s, but all this didn’t come easy, I had to work my ass off for it. I will advise all men in their 20’s to focus more on taking care of themselves, than being in a relationship or early career. Know yourself first and everything follows. This isn’t any motivational speech, I’m speaking from personal experience.
