I have followed this case from day one and I have no doubt that the government have no case against this brilliant officer...

The only objective comment here! He wasn’t dismissed though but his promotion has been stalled because of this case. He is meant to be a Brigadier General now but they hung this case around his neck and tried to convict him over nothing!
I attended every court sitting and it was a clown show! The FG had only 1 prosecution witness…. 2 judges handed over the case cos they were tired of the antics of the fake lawyer, Uket who just collects a retainer ship from the commission and cannot even prosecute a case.

The EFCC prosecutor is lying. The EFCC was fully aware of the instruction to the AGF to take over the case. There was a memo to the EFCC from the AGF to this effect but the EFCC has been fighting against this and it isn’t because they felt they had a case.

Here are my suspicions based on my research into this case.

The EFCC obtained a freezing order on the accounts of one of the companies involved. This account is held in a very useless bank which I will not name. This bank actively instigated the EFCC to continue the case so that they can hold on the money. This is the only reason why the EFCC kept on dragging the case because some individuals in the EFCC are being paid to make sure the case keep me going and the freezing order stands!

Those commenting about corruption winning have no idea on the details of this case but one day … the full story will be told
