BusinessRe: What Is Devaluation Of Naira? by dozymars(m):
2rutalk1:
Devaluation is a DELIBERATE reduction in the value of a country's currency in relation to the currencies of other countries. Devaluation is different from depreciation. Whereas devaluation is deliberate, depreciation of currency is caused by some macroeconomic factors.

However, Devaluation is used to discourage import and encourage export of goods and services across borders.

How do we achieve this? When a country's currency is devalued, foreign goods (imports) become so expensive because the value of the country's currency has been reduced making the value of the currency of her trading partner to go up. In this case, the foreign country will be enticed to import from Nigeria (for instance) and our hitherto importers will equally buy Nigerian made products because of high cost of foreign goods. This makes our balance of payment to become favourable.

In the long run (in future), the high rate of export from Nigeria and low import of foreign products by Alaba guys (lol) will incryease the value of our naira.
Presently, the cost of imported goods are very high now, so dont you think the expected benefits of the devaluation are beign achieved now as you stated.

Practically we have little or nothing to export, so devaluation will make no difference now.

Nig4Greatness:
Most insurance companys don't pay out unless your policy tenure has matured.you can only cash out after your retirement or reaching the age of 60yrs or by death.life insurance policy is not investment policy.they differ.
Not true. I think you are referring to Pension fund administrations, Not Insurance.

TruthisOut:
Hi guys,

Please I need your help. I have been running this life assurance policy with an Insurance company for more than 40 months and going by their policy I can cash out 100 percent of my investment after 3 years (36 months). Now I want out, they started making things difficult telling me I will lose money if I cash out now.

I insisted that they give me back my money as I really it need now, they asked for a lot of requirements but the ones that made me raise an eyebrow are:
1. I should submit all receipts that they have sent anytime I paid my monthly premium
2. I should return the policy document.

Guys, these are documents that shows that I had an investment with them. Are these requirements ok or is someone trying to play me now? I need your help.
For Sure, thats the procedure.

I run two insurance policy.

You will have to submit the policy document ( the Original copy) to process your funds. You will be given back the document if you decide to restart the monthly premium.

As for the receipts, if you don't have them, then your account officer can provide them on your behalf, he should have copies.

Genesis 38:8-10

Then Judah said to Onan, “Go in to your brother's wife and perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her, and raise up offspring for your brother.” But Onan knew that the offspring would not be his. So whenever he went in to his brother's wife he would waste the semen on the ground, so as not to give offspring to his brother. And what he did was wicked in the sight of the Lord, and he put him to death also.
Dont confuse people here with your false teaching.

Wrong list. Only 1 and 3 is correct.

As for the rest, we hardly notice them.

What we notice at a glance are:

How pretty she is
The shape
The boobs
The back side
The complexion
The smoothness of the skin
How she walks
Her smile.

The rest are secondary

Christianity EtcRe: How Do I Reconcile With My Parents? by dozymars(m): 3:31pm On Nov 21, 2015
quincybee12:
I was born into a catholic family. My parents especially my mom is a die-hard catholic. I did all the catholic sacraments, baptism, confirmation, holy eucharist, except matrimony which would come by God's grace. I was known in my parish for being a devout member of some societies.

Fast forward to this day, I'm no more a catholic, I attend bible believing churches like faith baptist/rccg. This is because upon completion of my university education, I was inspired by the Holy spirit to know the truth, I couldn't prove so many catholic beliefs in the bible, and I care a lot about my eternity. It caused a lot of dispute between I and my parents and even up till today, they've stopped calling me or asking about my welfare. All efforts to convince them beyond reasonable doubt have proved abortive. Pls I need your advice nlanders coz I need to reconcile with my family.
It is not strange or new to be persecuted for following your faith so don't be too worried about your situation.
With time your parents will come looking for you.

Just make money and provide for their needs and i assure you they will reconcile with you.

BusinessRe: How A White Man Surprised All In The Bank by dozymars(m): 11:35am On Nov 07, 2015
arabianights:
Was in the bulk room of a first generation bank and crowd was quite bad ( yet they say no money ).There were some igbo men that had come to deposit quite an amount of money and had been conversing loudly in their dialect not caring that they were been a nuisance.
All of a sudden a white man comes in and the teller receives his cash whilst ignoring the hisses and insults of customers.

The igbo men, trust them started insulting the man and went ahead to add more in their dialect, the white man then, calmly turnsto them and responded to them in IGBO language then went on to add a few more sentences... the whole bulk room kept shut out of shock of course.I turned to him in amazement to ask him on how he learnt igbo and he smiled and responded to me fluently in HAUSA.

Apparently, he had been there before every one else but the account number was wrong and he was told he couldnt make calls in the banking hall, he then went out to make a call and wait for the right account number. On his return,hE went straight to the teller as she had assured him that when he returned ,he wouldnt have to join the queue again. The teller should have explained to all instead of ignoring customers.

Any way my point is that these white men are smatter than us, they learn our languages so as to enable themselves settle in and do business whilst most of us go to their countries and come back the same people we were when we left if not worse.
Inferiority Complex is your second name. How can you come on here to say a yellow man is better than us because he can speak other language.

Village champion.

Moreover why do we call them white, where did this come from ? Is the colour of their skin white or Yellow ?

They are a part of the human culture and today is a kind of artistic expression.

This policy was initiated to eliminate money laundering so as to avoid the high exchange rate been experienced.

This policy is affecting importers, we are still a consuming nation, the manufacturing is not performing.

The government needs to give considerations to these importers otherwise products will become scarce and therefore the price of these products will increase which will end up causing inflation and the economy will be affected. This is like going round in circles- preventing one thing and then causing another.
