Please is there a way to send a forgotten. Or updated document after biometrics. Someone mistakenly printed a bank statement that is less than 28 days. The cash in the account is actually more than 2 months old. Is there an email to use ?

the embassy might ask you for additional details if your application is unclear, I guess you should expect a message from then soon

That might be as a result of the fact that your application was cancelled. Or were you sent a refusal letter when you contacted UKVI regarding the empty passport you received from the VAC?

Abeg which MP did you mail because I'm thinking of even contacting the British high commission after the 16th of this month. My application has been stuck at DMC since 15 of November, got a NSF on the 18th (no additional doc requested) and no word from them aside telling me to wait for more two weeks.

they didn’t say anything, I’m suspecting they only did this before the case goes to the parliament so they won’t take the blame for my passport

I have been following your case. Please do claim damages. The least they could have done was issue you visa or write a note that you will getting a refund or free application if you still wan to study in the UK. Please ask for a refund. Tseww.

Maybe they later withdrew the application or they decided that since you wanted to cancel afterall why bother issuing you a visa? Try emailing or calling them.

I think they’re trying to remove the blame from themselves, this passport is coming back barely 3 working days after the MP contacted them and told them I will be claiming damages, see pic

Received collection mail and went to pick up, no visa stamp, no rejection letter, just my passport. Since august 16th and this is what UKVI would do to me

The MP said they would forward the case to the ombudsman if they can verify that I have exhausted all forms of complaint with the UKVI, I hope it gets to the ombudsman so this can end once and for all

I don’t have where I will stay in the UK. My agent said I should choose ‘NO’ when I was asked during my VISA application. In the description where they asked for further details, he said I should put this ‘An arrangement has been made with the Agent of the Rightmove Apartment located at 155 Mansfield Road, Arboretum Nottingham, NG1 3F at the rate of 498 GBP per month. The apartment is 5-7 minutes walk away from the university and I will be making payments when I arrive in the UK.’

This isn’t true. What he did was he googled some apartments, chose this advert and drafted the response above. This doesn’t sit well with me, wont UKVI verify this? Please I need you guys assistance on what to do here. Thank you
