Sabiboy99: Sir...please where did you get this info from?? I download 5 years worth of annual reports from the companys website, extract the data I need and enter it onto a spreadsheet... From it, I calculate all the ratios and figures... If you know how to use Microsoft excel, its pretty straightforward... |

ositadima1: I got this from FCMB. The picture looks a little blurry as i snapped that part from a PDF, and my editing skills is shit I think these are quite optimistic valuations... Especially for the banking stocks. They estimate they will be trading at a PE of 7 one year from now when they trade at an average PE of 3... Anyway, impossible is nothing.... |

gabscity: The Buharinomics has not only undervalued the banks but also the breweries. I read from a link here where one of the Breweries MD confirmed they pay 35kobo per CL as Excise Duties.
Meaning: Heneiken is 60CL per Bottle, NB PLC will pay 21Naira per Bottle as excise duties that translates to 252Naira per crate as there are 12 bottles in a crate; of course this is excluding VAT. All these go to the govt. This is highly imparting the bottom line of that industry. 5 year summary of Guinness Nigeria results... #Depressing...

DrAwo: Funny enough, I'm a staunch believer in this stock and I, personally, doubt it will significantly fall farther than it has fallen already...
I think it's a bargain as things stand... Most oil exploration and production companies around the world lost between 50 - 60% of their value due to corona and the lockdown... Seplat UK listing also lost over 50% value as well... So far, seplat Nigeria has lost approximately 40% of its value... Will we see a further 10% loss to match its global compatriots Time will tell... |

So wait till it goes below 397.70.

Mcy56: To answer you again, I do invest in Japaul when the opportunity comes calling. So I wouldn't totally call it speculation.....but calling it as it is......from my own point of view. Mercy Mercy... I gbadun your style well well... Lemme ask you one question... If you were offered 100% of all the shares in Japaul right now, and you have enough money to buy it all, would you buy the company? |

Uchetoba: I have no fear at all because i did a very good research before deciding to invest into UACN I konw what I am investing into and my reason for investing in it. One of the top secrets of the world billionaires is that they invest in things that they know very well they do not gamble I commend you for being very convinced about your investment. I particularly like it that you did as much research as you could before putting your money into the company which is the first rule of investing. I sincerely do hope that it pays off for you handsomely... Also remember that you've surrendered your money and it's possible proceeds to the whims of the UACN board... All the very best... |

Mcy56: Lol. We mentioned initially that Japaul may swerve to other related biz since Access is now "controlling" the dredging aspect. Who knows an investor may come on board if the management sits up and prove they are up to the task. Let's see how the whole scenario plays out.
Caveat: We are all just guessing here, we dont know what the management is up to. ......but coming to market to raise fund may be a positive development. We are observing..... Are you investing or speculating in Japaul? |

ojesymsym: Nice report you got here. Did you generate it yourself? Wapco has a higher revenue than Bus yet their cost of sales is almost two times that of Bua. But the others also spend on power I believe. Thanks. Yes I did generate it myself... I believe cost is going to increase across board in the industry as competition heats up for market share...
